I am so glad I found this gem in Jacksonville Beach... Victoria is a true pro and gives me the best cuts every time. It took me a while to find someone to cut my hair as well as my time in NYC and she's even better! I highly recommend!

No matter what you ask for, everyone gets the same haircut. Shaved with clippers high and tight. Will never go back. Nice lady though.

It's Monday. My regular barber is closed, so I thought I'd try this place because it was open. Parking here is kind of hard, but there was a spot in front. I waked in about 3:15pm and there was someone else in a chair but I thought it's no big deal, because I'm next. I had a 4pm appointment so plenty of time.After 15 minutes someone else walks in. At this point, I'm informed this new customer has an appointment and will go after the existing customer who is still in the chair getting his haircut. So back of the line for me. I didn't actually get my hair cut, because I don't have all day to hope I can get squeezed in. Here's a customer service tip. If you take appointments and you have one coming soon, let the customer who just walked in off the street that doesn't have an appointment know they're not actually next in line. Don't let them waste valuable time waiting for a hair cut only to learn that you're only going to cut their hair if a slot opens up. It's rude and disrespectful and worth one star.

Don't judge a book by its cover! What this place lacks in space, it more than makes up for in it's warmth and hospitality! I didn't have an appointment but that was no problem for Viktoria, who was able to squeeze me in for a quick visit. She's very meticulous and takes her time with every detail making this probably the best haircut I have ever had. I've never had a haircut put a smile on my face and I walked out of there feeling confident and fresh. I highly recommend you go see Viktoria!

Been here many times. Ann usually cuts my hair. Great experience every time. They don't rush and prices are reasonable.

A rare find in the market that offers exceptional service, top quality cuts and lots of extra services if you choose. Worth the wait if you walk in or make the effort to schedule an appointment. Truly a "cut above" most other places in the beaches area.

I've been coming here for 6 years and will never go anywhere else. Even after moving away from the beach I still make the drive. Victoria does fantastic hair cuts and always great conversation. I tell everyone to go to her for a haircut. I definitely recommend calling to schedule as she is busy, which is a good sign! Sometimes can get lucky with a walk in but I've sat and waited just to be sure she cuts my hair! Well worth it and a great price. Plus she will do waxing and clean up my beard. It's a win win!

In Jax for a big family party. Was in need of a haircut but was concerned that this might be a hard town to get a first class cut like the ones I get at home in Ft Lauderdale. I was so very wrong. Oh so wrong. LANA, what a great cut. Professional, pleasant to talk with and interested in my hair cut. Great job, next time I'm in jville "Lana"will again cut my hair!!!!

I'm new to the area and decided to check out this barber based on the reviews. The owner and other female barber were busy, so I was passed off to a male (African American) barber. I did not like my hair cut at all. I was very impressed with the haircut that the owner was giving another client. She is very attentive to detail.
