This place is a true gem for anyone who loves fresh, flavorful food and a laid-back waterfront vibe. The seafood here is as fresh as it gets--honestly fresher than most sushi spots in town. If seafood isn't your thing, no worries--they've got plenty of land-based options, from burgers and tacos to wraps and salads. We ordered the ahi tuna appetizer, gator tail bites, crab cake, and the gumbo (soup of the day), and everything was fantastic. The ahi tuna was perfectly seared and melted in your mouth, the gator bites were tender and seasoned just right, and the crab cake had just the right amount of seasoning and chunks of crab. The gumbo was hearty, flavorful, and comforting. The sangria was spot-on, and the strawberry lemonade was perfectly sweet and refreshing--both drinks complemented the food beautifully. The service was truly the shining star here. The staff was attentive, kind, and on top of everything. Drinks stayed filled, food came out fast, and everyone had a genuinely friendly demeanor that made the experience feel warm and welcoming. The outdoor ambiance is unbeatable. You're dining right by the river, under a bridge, with live music setting the tone. The lights strung around the property create a cozy, trendy vibe at night. You'll spot wildlife, watch people cruising by on boats, and just feel like you're in a hidden slice of paradise. This is the kind of place that makes you want to stay for hours. Absolutely worth a visit if you're in the area!

Sunday afternoon lunch with family, 12:30Made a reservation for 10 the morning of for 12:30 and we're seated promptly on arrival, outside per our request.Nice ambiance outside, music a bit louder since we were seated somewhat nearby, something just to be aware of since we had two people a bit harder of hearing, this caused minor issues.Greeted immediately by the server, nice and efficient.Ordered a few sodas, beers, and cocktails (French 75 which was superb and a Summer Berry Moscow Mule which was also good). Ordered a few appetizers: Oysters Rockefeller (6 for 20), Conch fritters (about 6), and calamari (thick rings, quality, but be aware there are only a few on the platter due to this).Meals: Crab leg special (1 pm's at market)- no sides, Two fried seafood platters (fish was dry), A fried oyster platter (a bit salty), seafood salad (crab and cold shrimp with berries and avocado, very light and good), a goat cheese salad with salmon, a buffalo chicken wrap, a chicken sandwich (largest piece of chicken on one that I have ever witnessed), and a fried and a grilled shrimp platter.Overall good quality food outside of what is noted above. Somewhat pricey, but for 10 people it was about $500 with the tip already included. Will be back, great outside vibes and view. Would be fun for large groups with the ample seating or a small group.

First time coming to a fish camp and it was good! Service was relatively fast but nothing particularly special. I got the seafood platter which was mahi and I got raw oysters as well. The grilled mahi and grilled shrimp were fantastic and had a great flavor. The fried clam strips and fried oysters were decent and fried pretty well, no complaints there. The raw oysters were tasty but didn't as good as I had hoped, maybe it's because I came here too early and it's not oyster season yet. It was a touch pricey but still a good experience!

The food was delicious for my first visit here. The vibes outdoors were nice even though it was a colder January day. However the service was good minus the 30 minute wait to even get a server assigned to our table. Once Erin was assigned she did an excellent job and I cannot thank her enough for her great service. Please check them out if you're ever in the area.

Stopped here with the hubs to have a quick drinky drink (didn't capture pics, they were in a plastic cup) and some apps. The outdoor seating was AMAZING! We haven't been in palm valley area for a few years now, but remembered when this location was just a small bait shop! Came here on a Sunday and they had live music playing. Service was ok, and the food was good...but expensive.Definitely would be a great stop for a motorcycle ride!

We really enjoyed our dining experience at Palm Valley Outdoor Bar & Grill. Even though it was warm outside we wanted to sit outside and enjoy the live entertainment. Most of the tables had a fan, sadly our table didn't. The guitar/singing duo was really good and they played a variety of songs. We ordered the 2 fish or shrimp taco/beer special and it was great. We also ordered the wedge salad and it really hit the spot! It was cut as 3 wedge circles, which made it so easy to eat. It was one of the best wedge salads that I ever had! We also split a slice of the key lime pie at the table and it was a perfect ending to our meal.

Found this spot thanks to a FB post about AYCE snow crab legs. Our trips to Florida always have to include a night out for crab so this was perfect! AYCE Snow crab was only $31.99! The first serving was 4 clusters. I didn't make it to the second serving. I was stuffed on the first plate! This was the best tasting crab I've had in awhile. So flavorful. For my seafood hating fiancé- he had chicken linguine with French fries. Huge portions. He was able to bring home left overs for the next days lunch. They had a live band playing (Saturday night). It was packed full of people. So loud. It was nice to listen to the music and just enjoy people watching with your meal. But this isn't the place to plan to have in depth conversations with your table. For dessert, we had the ice cream sandwich. Two warm chocolate chip cookies with a layer of soft ice cream in the middle. One of the best cookies I've ever had.

3 rd time here in a month& it's obvious there are new owners. Service & food have been excellent. I love the lobster special!!! I had it 3 xs First 2 xs it came with a choice of beer or wine. I had the wine. However this time no wine but soup was the sub, ok, I'm good with soup but to the management I've got to say the "soup" which I thought was stuffing lol was awful. The server said it was carrot soup idk what it was but it was super salty & super chunky. Word of advice for management - skip the soup and go back to the wine. otherwise it was great. Husband loved his as well . A shrimp & grits. We also had the calamari which was cooked perfectly.

My family and I have different favorite places where we enjoy eating out. There are only a few places that we agree on and this is one of them. You can normally always count on a good meal (like any place, there are those exceptions), you can normally get decent service (sometimes slow) and the atmosphere is very relaxing and chill...what more can you ask for? A view...that is what you can ask for! The view of the St Johns River is quite lovely. And if you're there at sunset it is very pretty. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Although there is plenty of seating, there may be those rare occasions where you have to wait for a table and the waiting area in front is ample. Moreover, there is a bar inside and another bar outside. There is plenty of parking, as well as an area to pull up in your boat. Prices are ok, a little elevated, but not overly so.Personally, this is one of our "go-to" places when we have visitors or even friends in the area who haven't been...or just because! It is easy to miss if you don't know about this place. So, put it in your GPS and try it out!
