I have never been to an escape room as realistic and amazing as this one. The plot of each escape room is throughly thought through and captivates what a real escape room should be. The puzzles are absolutely stunning and in no way generic. This place is very underrated and deserves somuch more credit! If you are debating on which escape room to visit in Jacksonville, this is the place!! The staff is so friendly and the place is very clean!! I can't wait to come back and finish the story!!

Lots of fun! Just finished with coworkers and we all had a great time. We were split into two groups and raced against the clock in the patient room and the dorm room. Neither team won, but the experience was great. Ben and Julie went through the rules and were our 'game masters'. They really made the experience and couldn't ask for better owner/operators.The room seems to fit 4 to 5 ppl comfortably everyone felt like they had a part in solving the room. Not impossible, but makes you think.

Well that was fun! We went on a special field trip with lots of teens & kids here. Needless to say, since some of the kids were young an adult had to go in with them. I had just got done telling Ben (the owner) that I wasn't going to go in there in this lifetime. There were other parents, but the kids asked me...so away I went! So much for that statement!!! But WOW...I am so glad I did! I got to see firsthand what these escape rooms are like and it isn't anything like I was thinking. Words can't really describe "it" unless you do it. I didn't think I'd be smart enough to get out of one and I thought I'd be locked in...so that made me feel uneasy. But reality is, you can leave the room anytime for whatever reason...scared, bathroom break, etc...and you aren't locked in (I learned that's against the law). You just need to let them know...no worries...they have cameras and microphones so you are not alone. And if you plan to go back into the room...you can go back, but be advised the clock doesn't stop. Oh...and...I'm still not smart enough to get out of the room!...HAHAHA! I was only chaperoning the kids and they "had it"...I just gave my 2 cents here and there. We did get out of our first room and into the second, but that is where the hard stuff really began. I honestly don't know how most adults could figure out some of that stuff. We did however try one of the hardest (Collision) with a 15% rate of getting out. Yep, that means 85% don't...our group is part of that percentage. I would most definitely try it again. They say the more you do it, the better you get at it. I don't know about that, but when you do actually solve a puzzle it's a pretty awesome feeling. Don't think you can memorize the rooms either because they do switch them up on the inside...except one I think (maybe two)...but I'm not telling you which one.Ben, the owner, is so friendly and was tolerant of my inquisition of the place. His staff is very friendly and helpful as well. It was truly a great experience. Hey...this is something I said I'd never do and did it...if I can do it, you can too. It's a nice change and very interesting. I highly recommend it.There is plenty of parking. There are restrooms and a sitting area inside. I noticed they do have drinks for sale, but no snacks. You cannot take pictures inside the rooms, but you can take pictures in the lobby and there is a nice area for photos as you depart the actual escape room area. If you do feel froggy and want to take pictures inside the rooms your game will be stopped...it's understandable.End note: The rooms are set up to accommodate about 8 people comfortably. I can tell you if you have more than that then it will feel crowded. We had extras due to it being kids and needing an adult in the room.

One of the best escape rooms I've been to. The staff was great, the owners seem to know what they're doing. Keep up the good work.

Games are cool, in concept. You should definitely make sure you have more than one staff member attending to guests if there are more than one games going on. We've played 3 games: ESC 202, interrogation, and rendezvous. I'll explain as best as possible without giving away game clues. The first game we played did not have all of the necessary game components in it and we wasted time wandering around aimlessly because we didn't have that one crucial piece. Our game master asked if we had found such item yet, since we gave up and asked for a clue at that point, in which they realized that they had the item in their pocket. They had to swing by the room to give us the item. The second time, one of the game triggers didn't work. Again, disrupting our play time, in which we had lost more time waiting for something in the room for us to be able to resume play. This last game we played, our game master was alone and we had to wait for many minutes before they were able to return to watch us play so we could ask for a hint. Now, we've played many games and we do love playing rooms. We figured one time was an accident, twice could be excused, but we've encountered an issue every time we've played a game. You have a sign that says your employees are put through "training" to ensure the best possible experience and I just have to say that I feel a little let down by your promise. Now, that being said. You have wonderful and friendly staff members, nice and clean rooms, and great game ideas. Hopefully our experiences were limited to us.

We had a blast! This location is based on a story and all of the escape rooms are part of the full picture. We went to the second part and even though we didn't know the first part we were still able to figure things out. They do a great job putting it on and have plenty of visual effect and make it very interesting! Highly recommend

Had a wonderful time here! The staff was awesome in getting our large group set up and helping us throughout the game (but not too much help though!). I can't wait to come back and do another room. Thanks for a great Escape Room experience guys!

The pros: If you haven't done an escape room yet, you must try it at least once. This company is privately owned, not a corporation. Everything in this experience has been thought up by the owners and staff, so you will not find these rooms anywhere else. The cons: We couldn't control who was in the room with us, and it was a bit too pricey. We payed $24/person and when we arrived we were placed with a family. Not that I'm adversed to children but during this experience I would've rather not included children. The father was not nice to the mother and so we endured the experience for an hour. Go with a group, fill it up so you're with people you know and trust because you are on a small room for an hour with these people. We will definitely go to this type of adventure again, but I will look for a Groupon or other way to reduce the price.

We have tried almost every escape room venue around town, and this place is the BEST! The staff is awesome, the owners take a lot of pride in their business, and of course the rooms are incredible! The puzzles in the rooms can be challenging, but unlike some other venues, these puzzles make sense and are so fun to solve. This has become one of our favorite ways to spend a night out with our friends. I would recommend this place a thousand times over!UPDATE: We went back again with new friends and we/they loved Rendezvous so much that we stayed to play a second game in the Black Site room. I love how they have a story that interconnects each room. It's so fun and definitely keeps us coming back!

If i could give this place zero stars I would. I have been to all of the escape rooms in Jacksonville and this one is by far the worst. This place is terrible. First impression, Kelly answers the phone and told me I could book online instead, charged my card without my permission or telling me the total, and asked me for my full home address and continued to call me "honey" repeatedly. We begin the game, and our "Game Master" Brittney, who is also the manager was extremely rude to us. She made us wait several minutes before responding to our request for clues. She only let us use 3 clues, unlike every other escape room we've been to. Brittney honestly seems like she hates her job. I took my little sister here to have fun and she went out of her way to ruin it. If I were the owner i would rethink my choice in management. When I called to let the manager know about our experience Brittney stated she was the manager and there was nothing we could do about it....To summarize, Brittney was a B word.
