You walk in and are greeted immediately, handed menus, and seated right away. They bring some sort of chips to the table--the gluten-eater of the group enjoyed them.Our server (unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, and it's not on the bill) was an absolute pleasure! He patiently answered my 4,082 gluten-related questions--because as a celiac, it's always important that I feel safe when dining out.Their hot tea is absolutely divine--full of flavor and body. We each ordered the lunch bento box, which was an incredible amount of food for such a low, low price. Seriously, I don't think you can get a Happy Meal for the same price we paid for this scrumptious, filling meal--enough to take home leftovers! I also splurged on two rolls of sushi to take home, which, along with my leftover lunch, will make a delicious dinner.The restaurant is very cute and quiet inside--clean, comfortable, and everything you'd want when dining out. Their menu is extensive, with many items already marked gluten-free, plus additional dishes they can modify.I asked about gluten-free sushi, and the staff asked a few thoughtful questions before presenting me with some of the most beautiful sushi I've seen in a long time.Gluten-free diners--rejoice! Not only do they have gluten-free soy sauce, but their ginger dressing and Yum Yum sauce are gluten-free too!This spot will definitely be in my regular rotation going forward.

Very pleased with our take out order (10 roll sushi roll platter - mix & match any basic rolls). Online order process was a breeze followed by a text confirmation & notification once the order was ready. Rolls are a bit small but we didn't mind - it was a good option since we were trying them out for the first time & it fulfilled our sushi cravings. Interior seemed nice for the few minutes I was inside picking up my order. The associate was friendly & told me about the Loyalty Program. We'll be back to try out the rest of the menu items.

Honestly the. Best GF Asian I have ever had. If you have gluten allergies they are very accommodating and the sweet and sour chicken is sooo good. Inside is spacious and has an above average ambience.

I had passed by this restaurant many times on Race Track Road but had never stopped until today. We were looking for a lunch spot with my mother in law and decided to give it a try. I am so glad we finally tried it. The restaurant is nicely decorated with plenty of nice booth and table seating. Service was quick as well as pleasant from all staff working there. The menu offers appetizers, soups, salads, sushi, hibachi, and traditional Chinese dishes. I opted for kung pao chicken, and it was very good. My husband had the teriyaki beef lunch box, which came with a salad and a sushi roll. My mother in law had a hibachi steak entree. It was great, and it also came with a good bowl of wanton soup and a side salad. She loved it all. We also loved the complimentary wonton chips delivered to the table upon our arrival. They were the best I have ever had.

We were visiting friends for New Years weekend in Jacksonville. Our friends recommended One Third Asian, it was one of the best Asian cuisine restaurants I have eaten at in a longtime. Our waitress, Fenny, was wonderful. She was so helpful, and really understood all of our dietary needs. They have a large selection of gluten-free and vegan options. The food was prepared perfectly. The sushi was presented beautifully. We had tofu in basil sauce, gluten-free chicken katsu, lomein, and sushi. Great sauces and flavors. They offer Chinese, Thai , and Japanese food, all under one roof (hence the name "One Third). The service was a team approach. We had two people taking care of our table and they were both very attentive to us. The restaurant was very clean. The dining area was casual and comfortable. They have a full sushi bar that you can dine at. Jack, the business owner, came by our table to make sure that we were enjoying our experience. He was extremely friendly and personable. This will definitely be my "go-to" Asian restaurant whenever I visit Jacksonville.

If you love Chinese takeout, but hate the low quality you get at most places, this is your spot. Very high quality food and the prices are very reasonable. They also offer several other Asian cuisines which is a cool concept. Easy to please a crowd. The Sushi is great and I am a huge fan of the General Tso's from here. Really really good. Friendly staff too.

Service was good. And usually get a booth to sit in. The hot & sour soup delicious and spicy as I like it. We had a California roll. Average but tasty. I shrimp hibachi and veggies. Next time I'll go back to my usual chicken dish. Good experience but I have had better there. We all can have an off day.

This place really shines in service and gluten free. So many things can be made gluten free very easily and that's a dream for me! The staff is very attentive without hovering. There's a feeling that they really care and want you to be happy and satisfied. I sat with a friend in a back booth near the sushi bar and lingered over a weekend lunch. Very nice experience.
