Oishi Sushi

Very friendly and prompt service. 2 six top tables, bar seating, 4 or 5 booths. Clean but a little cluttered. Probably due to multitasking by the 2 or 3 employees I saw. I had not realized I had eaten here before until I walked in. I practically live in this nearby Publix!! I I had never had sashimi but realized later I wanted to try nigiri but I was intrigued by the pepper tuna so I got one to try. I also ordered a deep fried roll as they are my fav. - the Captain Crunch add cream cheese. When she brought my plating utensils she brought the Shiracha I had requested. There were 4 or 5 tables filled at 12:45 on a Tuesday. Food delivered in 8 minutes. The crunchy coating was not as expected but not a disappointment. Very crunchy. I preferred it with shiracha added. The tuna was tasty but I expected it to be tender, I used my fork and wished for a knife. I enjoyed my meal but would get something else in the future. I'll definitely be back though!

At first I was a little skeptical just due to the outside appearance but have getting seated the restaurant had a nice family own feeling to it. The service was quick and food was hot. Everything was great would be back

Called in and ordered food Togo so can't comment on dining in but the workers seemed very kind and friendly! My sister and I got the salmon hand roll, rainbow roll and the pink lady roll. The salmon hand roll was pretty large and they were generous with the amount of raw salmon as well. The rainbow roll was super fresh I loved the tuna salmon and white fish on top with the avocado. Usually I'm not a huge fan of white fish sushi but this one didn't taste fishy at all and was great. The pink lady is fried shrimp crab stick topped with lemon and tuna. I usually steer away from fried sushi rolls but this one was excellent. All three of these rolls I would highly recommend. The best part too is it's super affordable! It was around $30 for us both. My sister lives in Jax and said this is the best sushi place in her area. I would for sure return back here!

The food and service is always amazing. Some of the best sushi in the area. We usually take this to go for lunch or dinner when we're craving good sushi.

Second time visiting, very small, but efficient service. Could use an update on the ambiance...give it a try.

Skip the soft shell crab appetizer - lots of breading and slightly over cooked. Had the jaguar roll and gold salmon both very good. Nice lunch. Pretty basic interior. More like a lunch place in terms of vibe. Service very good and friendly.

The people were SO nice and attentive, but the food was decent at best. The environment was not exciting nor happy to be in. I want to want to come back to help support a local business, but I don't think I will.

My favorite sushi spot in Orange Park. Great sushi options for the wife and awesome sashimi option for me, the husband. Pick up or take out, it's always a good options. If you don't like Tilapia you can request them not to add it to your sashimi dinner.

This place hands down has the best sushi in orange park I've been going here for years, The sushi is always so fresh and it's honestly amazing

It's my favorite sushi place on this side of the bridge! Whether you are dining in or ordering out, the food is always delicious! I think this place is family owned and operated because it gives ma and pop restaurant vibes, which I personally love because it's small and relaxed, the service is good and the food is great.
