Oceanside

I dined here twice in the last week. The location is a bit expensive but it is part of a resort. I had the simple shrimp both times. With an order of baked oysters the first night. The food was good overall but the oysters were a bit gritty. The service was great both times. The first night I dined inside which has a simple setup and good feel. The next night I ate at the outdoor bar. Overall I like the location and service but for the price I have had better.

I was really in the mood for fish and this black grouper was everything. Service was quick and we were in and out in less than an hour. Quiet evening due to weather.

It's a very nice yet small restaurant and was surprised to have been seated immediately. I noticed next to my seat was a wrapper of some sort on the floor, and I was quite surprised when she took the extra utensils (and one too many) and cups away that it did not get picked up. I questioned some of the things that were on the filet and the server didn't seem quite sure, but I chose it anyway. I'm sure that even though this is a very nice resort, they still have issues hiring because they didn't exactly have the gracefulness putting plates down, and my knife went into all of the sauces and he just walked away.I ordered the petite filet and was beyond delighted that not only was the steak perfectly cooked the way I like it, but every single thing on the plate was absolutely delicious! I do not have as big of an appetite as my eyes do, and always unable to finish a meal, I ate all but three bites of the steak as well as several pieces of the cauliflower because it was just that delicious it was worth being uncomfortable! It wasn't even just the taste and perfectly cooked food, but the steak was a phenomenal cut. There were no chewy pieces in the middle, and only a slight amount of fat that was easily cut away from the top. My husband happily finished what I couldn't.My husband had the Atlantic Salmon and ate every piece of food on that plate because he said it was that good. We were the last people there and no one made us feel rushed and reminded us to take our time, even though my husband was taking his good old time with his drink made me want to hurry so they could all go home. Yum!

Beautiful ocean views and located next to the pool at the Omni Resort. The service was always friendly and the food was very good.

Great food, service was impeccable and you can't beat the ocean view. Just wish they had more dessert options.

This place is very convenient because it's situated right next to the Omni pool, so you can take a break from your afternoon fun to have a light bite. They have all of your highly anticipated, vacation cocktails, alongside some healthy choices. The kids menu is very good with choices like fish, chicken tenders, peanut butter, and jelly, and they can give you fries or fruit for the side. The ingredients tasted very fresh. We will certainly be back.!

We visited two nights in a row. Sat outside without a reservation the first night and we had incredibly slow service. The chicken dish was ok, pina colada came out like slush and melted. The second night with reservations we were allowed to sit inside, service was much better. The AI chowder was good, the Beach chop salad was fresh but full of cabbage and not as much kale and other ingredients, I would not order it again.

Beautiful facility and friendly staff. The mahi fish tacos were some of the best I've ever had, and I've had many.

Oceanside offers amazing ocean view, food, and service pool side. Staying at Omni Hotel and enjoyed the pools. Ordered pool side and everything we had was delicious. We had the Ocean Bowl, Seagull wings (chicken) , Fried Long Fin Calamari, Caesar salad and Fresh Catch Fish Tacos. The ocean bowl and Caesar was so fresh and tasted amazing, the fish tacos were bursting with flavors and the wings and calamari were so so good. The service was great and the staff members are friendly, they come poolside to take orders. Great food and drink options by the pool. Highly recommend!

I don't know why this place has 3 stars? We had a fabulous meal on our first day at the resort. Fried shrimp, fish tacos, Caesar salad, and pina coladas. All of our choices were delicious and our server Coral was phenomenal. Will be back this week!
