Oceanside Beach Bar and Grill

These folks execute, they get it right each and every time with their entire menu. Seriously, everything is good. New updated menu, has an amazing Benedict with beef, so good. We've tried both locations, equally good. Go, your tummy will thank you.

What a change since it was Betty's. Staff were sharp, the floor well manage, and the ambiance perfect. Food was very good, although I ordered the Gyro and it was just ok. But it is not a Greek restaurant, so I didn't expect much. The rest the table's food was excellent, perfectly prepared and large portions. Would absolutely recommend.

We needed a new place for breakfast or lunch. Thank God for yelp. Always good to look up a new place. This time it was lunch. Great location along a1a across from the beach. Good view. Nice seating outside but considering the hot sun and all, we sat inside. Good selection with menu for breakfast and lunch and also from the bar. Decided on the gyro for me. Normally don't choose a gyro when it isn't a Mediterranean restaurant but thought I'd give it try. I was happy. Pita bread nice and soft. Loaded with gyro meat. Very good. Candyce got double bacon cheese burger with BBQ sauce on the side and sweet potato fries. They brought butter and cinnamon dipping sauce for the fries. She was very happy with the selection. Drinks to start off. Mimosa for candyce and bloody mary for me. Both drinks good and they didn't skimp on the booze. Should give option for dill pickle or celery stalk for the bloody mary. Just a suggestion. Great service and waitress wasn't a helicopter waitress, not hovering around us. New place for lunch or breakfast for us. We'll be back

Highway is in between the view but still worth stopping for. Food was great, even though the restaurant was busy the service was prompt & all the ladies seemed to be working really well to make sure all tables were taken care of outside. 10/10 would recommend.

First time at this new location and it was very good. We had the California Lovers salad and chicken fajita tacos. Incredibly fresh ingredients and delicious. The location on A1A is beautiful and the staff were great. **Tried the smash Burger on my second visit and it was also very good. **I have a feeling I'll work my way through the entire menu!

BEFORE I begin, I tell my opinion of the places I review.I'm doing GOOD , BAD reviews BASED on MY visit. I've read good reviews about this restaurant also but, All reader's can or not, decide what you want to do even after my review. It's up to you to decide.With this being said:I do not understand how this business is said to be so HOT After waiting over a year and everyone's excitement building The place is in MY opinion. is not so hot.First of all, they finally had a"Soft" opening. Too bad they didn't say they were only open until 2pm.We were out past ISB (International Speedway Blvd) and hungry.Instead of picking one of the restaurants around where we were,We decided to go back home and try Oceanside Beach Bar & GrillWe got there around 4pm.and they were closed???Some of the crew were still there, so I asked why they didn't announce this?Then we asked if we could have a menu again? NO menu's, no menu's? Now for days as we pass by,(We live 1 mile away)The outside tables were so crowded that we thought they must have gotten their act together. We finally get to go "yay" Nope, I now know why everyone is outside.The acoustics inside are horrendous.We sat at a cheap type table with cheap type chairs.We couldn't hear the server or ourselves talk. If you were a patron of the well known restaurant "Betty's," that was there originally,Then you KNOW how small it is inside A table of 8 next to us are yelling, trying to talk to each other. Talk about headache.Now, the prices of the entrees were absurd also. I've gone to other restaurants around and have gotten great steaks the same pricesInstead, I was able to afford a Chicken Caeser Salad I'm not saying it wasn't good, it WAS but, again, Steak? Salad?If you see my reviews, I eat out A LOT! Cooking is not my forte So, I do know what I'm talking about when it comes to eating in restaurants.I picked the chicken Caesar salad because the prices again were absurd. ***You will hear positive and negative views about OBS saying we are wealthy, or we are not.We are snobs, or we are not. YES, it is more expensive to live on the beach then other places BUT, think of the people (me)who have been here before the place was built up, Those who have the little summer homes turned into year round homes.We worked hard for little Florida wages so we think we deserve some enjoyment by the beach. NOT to be snobs and afford high price mealsANYWAY, The restaurant is very proud of their prices.As we were waiting for the cheaper priced meals, I looked around and saw sooo many fancy drinks being served. Aah, No place around OBS has fancy drinks(OBS is only 6 miles long and 2 of them you cannot build on because it's the Gamble Rogers preserve.) Of course, I don't drink, I wish I could also, but, this heart won't let me. Maybe I'm just jealous about drinking but good food is better to me than a good drinkOceanside has another restaurant in Flagler Beach less than 8? Miles away.This restaurant has a younger crowd, great music, great Ambiance etc.Those of us who are on community sites, talk about it all the timeIs it like Flagler?, is it a hip and happening crowd, Lots of fun going on? upper deck looking out and seeing the ocean? we couldn't wait.NOPE, nothing like that.But you can sit out on the high tops and look at the Ocean.That's always great SORRY, I don't have pictures.I couldn't bring myself to use my camera What I WILL do, is put up pictures of the outside. It's very pretty by the ocean.

This restaurant just came owned a couple weeks ago and they are already hitting it out of the park. The location is fantastic with a great view of the ocean. We met Dan their manager and he makes sure that you're totally satisfied. He was such a friendly person and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Our waitress was Chasity and she was outstanding. She checked in on us regularly and even offered to get us to-go drinks. All of our food was delicious.

The food is excellent the service is the same..the location and setting are awesome too..We keep going back. We just can't seem to help ourselves

Terrible all around Go a couple miles north to better places This place will be closed in no time
