I ordered take out on the app - Chicken Phó. It was ready within minutes even though the estimated pickup time was 20 minutes. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by a friendly young woman who asked if I had placed a take go order. The restaurant was just opening so it was very quiet. There was only myself and another pickup customer. The pho was flavorful and hot. I would definitely order again

Love this little spot. I'm a Cali Viet tryna find good Vietnamese food in JAX and this place did not disappoint! The place is clean and nicely decorated for the holidays, detail oriented and well organized, you can tell the owners care. The servers were kind and attentive. We ordered the nudo sampler because my kids eats everything on it, the chao tom, pho, and ca kho to, (carmelized fish in clay pot) and dessert. Everything came out fresh and delicious, the ca kho to was bussin! Broth was flavorful, noodles were perfect texture. The Che ba mau was not hittin becuz the dau xanh was clumpy and hard, and a little too sweet for my taste, but that didn't take away from the experience. We had a craving for Vietnamese food and stopped at Nudo Vietnamese on San Jose Blvd; we're so glad we did. We had to try the Hong Kong noodle dish with beef - it was great-tasting, seasoned well, and had some great-tasting noodles. The second dish we tried was a stir-fry chicken with vegetables, which was also great-tasting. Of course, we always have to try the house fried rice, which was seasoned well with lots of shrimp and pork. Overall, we had a great-tasting dinner. As we were looking at the menu, the pho looked so good that we came back for lunch to try it. We had the brisket pho and the hot and sour fish soup, and as an appetizer, we ordered the fresh spring rolls. The rolls were stuffed, not cheaply, with their filling, and the soups had some great-tasting broth. We enjoyed our food and service and will definitely go back and try some other dishes.

My best friend wanted pho and we decided to come here to get some good ole Vietnamese food. I've been missing my mom's cooking too. Upon walking in, the servers were super happy and friendly. We were seated right away. The restaurant was very bright, cozy, and clean. I love how they have marquees and screens of their menu items. The screens also displayed the restaurant's cooking videos. I definitely loved the vibe. The menu had abundant items and prices were reasonable as well. Our server was very kind, quick, and made sure we were taken care of. We had the following:Crab Rangoons: 9/10 - they were lovely! Crispy, hot, and a perfect golden color. The flavor was delicious and the filling had a nice crab to cream cheese ratio. We ate them so fast! It came with a sweet chili dipping sauce. Beef pho: 8/10 - my best friend had this and she said it's one of the best pho she's ever had. The portion size was pretty big and she couldn't finish her bowl. You know pho is good when you don't even have to add Hoisin sauce or Sriracha to the broth. Pho's essence is its broth and if the broth!s flavor can standalone without additions of condiments, then it's legit. It came with a generous amount of sliced beef and beef balls. The veggies (cilantro, bean sprouts, jalapeños, and lime) were vibrant, fresh, and crisp. Banh mi (grilled lemongrass beef): 9/10 - one of the better banh mis here in Jax! I love a mean sub sandwich and this hits all the notes! The beef was tender and juicy, the pickled veggies (daikon radish and carrots) were tart and crisp, fresh veggies (cilantro, jalapeño, cucumber) were refreshing, and the liver pate and a aioli tied it all together. I appreciate that the lemongrass flavor wasn't heavy nor too strong because if you use too much of lemongrass, it can overpower other flavors. The sandwich was a pretty big size too and I saved the other half for my lunch the next day. It made me super happy because this reminded me of my mom's banh mi sandwiches. Overall, please try this place if you want some Vietnamese comfort food. The portion sizes were great for the prices. Service was top notch and they treated us very warmly. Everyone was all smiles and we left with big smiles as well. Thank you Nudo for making our first time there pretty great! Will definitely be back!

If you're in the area and looking for a place for Vietnamese, this is the place to go! The food was amazing and the service was fast. You can't go wrong getting the pho as it is a decent portion. They have plenty of other options as well. Food comes out fast so if you're hungry come here!It's a casual place, it doesn't seem like you can fit a party of 10 sitting next to each other.

I have been to this location a few times before and decided to go here for dinner. Parking is slightly difficult to find, being that there's a shared parking lot and it took me a couple of minutes just to find a parking spot. The food here is alwa excellent and they have a lot of food items to choise from . The service here is always good. I really love the ambiance of this restaurant as it's usually quiet and tranquil in there. I decided to have the short ribs platter with white rice. Those short ribs were tender and very flavorful also. The restrooms here are always clean and presentable. I will definitely return here sometime next year.

Shout out to our waitress, Taho, she was awesome and added to our experience. Nudo is a restaurant that is hard to define because they have so many differs styles of food. Thin noodles, thick noodles, pho, Thai, Vietnamese and a little fusion thrown in too. You really cannot go wrong. But the food:Spring rolls (chicken) - delightfully bound in rice paper (insures it is gluten free)Sugar Cane Prawns - shrimp paste wrapped around a stick of sugarcane.Crab Rangoon - light full fried, delightful taste.Hong Kong Noodles - thick noodles in a brown sauce with seafood (or your choice).
