North Florida Gymnastics and Cheerleading

We attended a birthday party at North Florida Gymnastics and Cheerleading a few weeks ago and my daughter enjoyed every minute of it. This is our second time celebrating a Birthday here and all the kids seem to have fun. From the outside, it appears the place would be too small for a gym. I was very surprised how big the inside actually was. The place is clean and well maintained. The party room is a good size and has a large window which overlooks the gym. There are also seats inside the gym if you want to watch the kids. The gym has variety of equipment such as balance beams, uneven bars, and a foam pit to name a few. There are 2-3 coaches that help and guide each child through every activity. The coaches were very patient, attentive and encouraging towards each child. This is a great place to have a Birthday party. Kids can get their exercise and have fun at the same time! Kudos to North Florida Gymnastics and Cheerleading staff. A great, clean facility with a spacious gym and a friendly helpful staff.

This is my daughter's gymnastics gym! We have done her birthday party here and been in group classes for about a year. The birthday party was amazing. There was an instructor for the kids who had the attention span for it and there was a whole gym full of equipment for parents and kids to enjoy on their own. We went to two separate areas so the kids never got bored with the activity, then moved into a third room for refreshments. NFGC provided goodie bags to take home. They clean up after. It was great. Today we opted for private lessons to make up classes we missed during the Covid closures. There was a scheduling issue where they had 3 PM written down but I had 4 PM in my schedule. They quickly had a coach step in and teach the class at the time I had written down in our schedule. It was nice to have an issue and Still feel that everything went very smoothly. A childhood friend of mine reached out after seeing we were at the gym to tell me it was a reputable gym in the gymnastics community so that gives me great confidence. I highly recommend this Jim whether you want long-term gymnastics classes or birthday party or summer camp.

My daughter has been a member for over 7 months and she loves it! The staff is very friendly and they make rescheduling easy if you miss a class.

Highly recommend this gym for your kids gymnastics! We have had our daughter in kids klub for 2 years - fantastic after school program run by an amazing program director, coach Brooke! My daughter loves the program, gym classes, and kids klub activities.

This is the best gym in Florida and is run in the most professional manner!! Your child will come home extremely excited about gymnastics I guarantee it!

Excellent coaching, very nice facility, great environment. I would definitely recommend this gym to anybody looking for recreational and competitive gymnastics.

After enrolling my son in this program just to encourage hard work and dedication to a cause, I saw the gym will try to disillusion you beyond your belief about the true talent of your child even though you know better!! I tried to convince this gym to just let my child train with the team, he had no experience and hadn't practice long enough to try to compete. We tried to make the facility aware that he wasn't ready but they insisted that he was ready and had us pay the travel expenses of the coaches for meets, and buy all uniforms needed to compete, plus team gymnastics schedules,I told the coach when I witness him in practice he couldn't perform half the skills, and shouldn't compete. The coach l JT lied to my face saying it didn't matter he didn't know everything, the boys are graded easier than the girls. Like I thought, My son wasn't ready, he came in LAST, AND COACH JT HAD THE NERVE TO TELL MY SON PICK THE 26 CENT OFF THE FLOOR BECAUSE THAT WAS HIS SCORE, JT I WILL STOMP YOUR ASS ON SIGHT!!! We have been apart of North Florida for 2-3 years now! Great gym, awesome coaches!! They really invest in their gymnast. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great gym for their kids!

The gym was great when my children attended a birthday party there but when we were interested in scheduling one ourselves we were told that we had to wait until they found coaches to staff the gym for the weekend. This was 8 and then 6 weeks in advance. They never found coaches, I called back twice and gave up. Not sure why they advertise parties when they won't schedule them. We had a much better experience at another gym and now take classes there.
