New Massage Orient

I'm left totally confused after reading all the reviews and then my experience being so starkly different. Yes the staff is nice but (especially for $120) the massage was one of the worst I've ever had. Came in for a Thai massage which are notoriously strong pressure; ranging from feet walking, stretching, back cracks, and strong muscle kneading. I barely got any of these. My massage was 20% head rub, 10% Thai, and 70% soft rubbing. I was really confused most of the time and left begging for more pressure, which never came. I got maybe 10 minutes of back walking and some back cracks that seemed more accidental than skill.Overall the entire massage left me wondering if i had gotten a licensed masseur or a receptionist. Pretty upset to have spent so much and have no relief from why I sought out a massage. I could've done better with my massage gun at home. To add insult to injury, they had me prepay for the massage which wasn't an issue, but then at the end of the massage she presented my receipt back to me and demanded a tip?! America is wild, it's the only country this flies. At 120$ the tip should be worked into the price, and then to be unskilled and demand a tip is audacious. When i do a good job at my work, no one tips me. A job is a job, don't be greedy.

Today makes it the 4th time i come here for a massage, and its just the best in Florida Definitely recommend it to everyone

I called last minute around 7PM and wanted an hour foot massage. I told them I could only come at 7:30PM and they took me in, after hours. I was traveling all day from Orlando so it was nice that they were able to accommodate me. The lady who did my foot massage was very kind. The massage itself was very good. I docked a star because I didn't like that I was in the front of the business by the door. There's a lot of action in the front and I would've liked a more chill vibe. But it's okay, I was able to get my massage, relax and be peaceful. I would come back if I lived in the area but I'm only visiting from Colorado. Thank you!

I had a WONDERFUL experience with Lisa! She said she was new there, and she was excellent. I called and asked if they took walk-ins because I was unsure what time I would get off work. They put me for 5:30 pm and I got there at 5:40 and Lisa took me right away. Lisa was great, always asked if the pressure was good, if I was comfortable and if I liked everything. I had a lot of pain and tension in my neck and shoulders and left with little to no pain! Thank you so much, Lisa! I definitely recommend and I will be coming back!

I really enjoy coming here for massage. I have been coming for the last year on regular basis. Julia is outstanding. She is great with deep massage as well as if you just want relaxation. She is thorough and professional. If you want more attention to an area, she gladly adjust the massage to your custom wish. The place is clean and has a calming ambiance. Regular massage is such a great way to feel your best and stay healthy. I highly recommend Julia to anyone wanting a wonderful massage therapist to help you feel great.

Made an appointment W for a massage at 10 AM Thursday with Julia based on reviews. I asked about C19 protocols and she said "We got everything. You don't worry about that." I confirmed that they wear masks.Upon arriva before 10l, maskless woman came out and when I told her I had an appointment with Julia at 10, she looked at the clock and said "You have to wait 30 minutes." I said "Nope. That's OK" and when I turned to leave, she said "I'll do it." I said " No. I had an appointment with Julia" and left.

I went in today for an hour reflexology foot massage. The massage therapist was on her phone through half of the massage, which was NOT reflexology. Considering all she did was text with one hand and try to massage with the other was a joke. I would not recommend this facility and found it extremely rude for her to text the entire time, will NOT be back

I arrived today with an exceptionally cramped neck, and upper back that was causing considerable pain. One hour with Lisa and now I am feeling excellent; maybe 95% cured and perhaps tomorrow I'll be fully back to myself. Over the years I have relied on acupuncture, cold and hot treatment, massage, and modern medicine to cure back pain. My session with Lisa was amongst the best ever.

I am 73 year old with type 2 diabetes and feet that have been numb in recent years. I've seen a chiropractor with little success. I went to The New Massage Orient and Lisa gave me a 90 minute massage including Reflexology on my feet. I noticed such improvement that I went just back the next week to Lisa for a second time. Lisa has such knowledge, plus intuition that makes her just a natural healer....my feet are 90% better after seeing her 2 times!!! I am very thankful to Lisa and her ability and skill in helping me recover feeling in my feet. I highly recommend Lisa at New Massage Orient.

Bought a Groupon & tried to call to redeem it. They said they were no longer accepting Groupons. The lady was unprofessional and rude. Wouldn't recommend.
