The egg roll is the only thing that tasted okay. I ordered dumplings, chicken lo mein and an egg roll and the lo mein has no flavor whatsoever and the dumplings have a sausage like flavor and it just taste horrible. I wouldn't recommend. If you like bland food you do you ‍.

Looks like this place is under new management because our recent experience with them has been very good. The food at New China Spring is definitely delicious. Classic Chinese American made fresh and well prepared. Nothing fancy, just good take home for a busy family. We like to use the Beyond Menu app to place our orders.For service, here's an example of our experience. We recently picked up an order. Before we even got it home, the restaurant CALLED US to apologize for forgetting to include our egg roll order. They removed the item from our bill and they even remembered on our next order and gave us extra egg rolls for free! Definitely great service!While New China Spring is your typical strip mall Chinese Place, what it lacks in style it makes up for in good food and good service at a good price.

We have ordered with this company many many times. Tonight my boyfriend placed the order at 6:40pm and we expected a longer delivery time due to it being Valentine's Day. However, he called at 8:02pm only to find out the order hadn't even been made and they were going to work on it and have it sent to us. Come 9pm I decided to call only to find out the delivery person was getting ready to leave. I asked him to credit the order as it had been 2hrs and my daughter hadn't even ate dinner yet. He proceeded to tell me I had 2 options....get a refund and cancel the food or wait for it. I told him in my line of business if we made a mistake on our end we would make it right for our customer. He wouldn't change what he originally told me and asked me why I was mad and "yelling at him". I told him I wanted to speak with a manager or someone who would make this right since we order from them all the time. He then said no one spoke English. Once I told him to cancel and refund our order and that we would NEVER order from them again he hung up in my face. Nice business etiquette and I hope you sleep well at night knowing this is how you handle situations like this in life.

By far my favorite place for standard Chinese fare. The food is delicious...they have online ordering and even a phone app for ordering. The diet menu items are steamed with sauce on the side...not only a nice option for those watching calories and sodium but even those dishes are very yummy as well...something for everyone on their menu and I've used them for quite a few years...not just basing a review off a one-time experience.

Very terrible experience. Called for directions because GPS sent us to the wrong place. The gentleman who answered the phone was quite rude and replied "whatever" and hung up the phone. The store and bathroom were disgusting. Completely unsanitary and made me consider not eating my food but I was starving. Drive 10 minutes to Monument Rd and have a better experience.

This is not my regular Go - To place for pick up/delivery but when I am in the mood for Chineese style ribs this is where I go. Very few places close to my Arlington location has the bone in ribs but now serve those little wormy looking pieces of meat that on occasion have spent way too much time in the oven. You can select a S or L portion 5/10 rib count at a reasonable price. The ribs have been consistently meaty, moist and just covered in that wonderful sauce that only the Asians have mastered. As expected the menu is the usual Chineese/American food designed for American taste buds. Won Ton and Hot and Sour soup is palatable but not outstanding. Lo Mein is quite bland and don't even think the Fried Rice. That's about the extent of my menu knowledge; but one womans bland meal is another man's feast. The staff is pretty much the same and very pleasant. Inside is a little messy and could use some tidying up. I never peer directly into the kitchen for fear of running out the door, but then I never want to look in any restaurant kitchen.

I was in the mood for sweet and sour pork after dropping my daughter off in the center after fishingThe food was fast and cheap. Unfortunately it tasted cheap too. The lunch special was pork and yellow rice no veggies. My rice had an odd chemical after taste. Their pork is highly processed. Lucky for everyone I had been fishing all day and had eaten nothing.I wish I had taken heed of their no refunds sign taped to the counter. It has great meaning.

I wouldn't recommend this place or try it again. The wonton soup is gross. The broth taste like unseasoned watered down chicken broth out of a can. The dumplings are also really bad and the whole soup was just inedible. The fried chicken wings were all hairy like they didn't pluck all the feathers off. The lo mein noodles had an odd seafood fishy flavor even tho I ordered a vegetable lo mein.

We ordered delivery, after an hour and a half, and numerous phone calls, the driver could not find our place of business. When calling back for a refund for the non-delivery, the cashier told us never to order from there again. Not we can come in and pick it up, but that they were doing so well they did not need our business.Not to worry, we'll try the next Chinese restaurant down the road.
