Great experience. Professional. On Time. Clean. Relaxing. I specifically had the scalp massage and it was glorious. Hair looked so healthy and felt so soft for days after.... I also appreciate supporting local small biz!

Amazing! Just returned from a facial appointment. My husband and I had facials today. Both Meg and Marrianne were great! I would have taken pictures but I was floating on my way out of there afterwards. Both women provided professionalism and care. They answered all the quest we had about skin and concerns. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We will definitely be returning for more facials and to try their message.

Best I've had in years.From the time you walk into the door until the time you leave. The staff is welcoming, tentative and knew me by name. Very clean, no clutter to be seen.No long waits in between service. Feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I had an absolutely amazing experience and deep tissue massage.. Jackie was truly a sweetheart and a fantastic masseuse. She has strong but soft hands. she worked all of the knots out of my neck!! She was very attentive and thorough!! I almost fell asleep immediately after we were done! As soon as I walked in I felt so welcomed. I was greeted with a smile and warmth. That is the most important thing to me. I knew right then and there that I would frequent Natural Healing Day Spa. I am so very excited that I found this Spa on Yelp! Guise!! They have a SALT ROOM!! I had a very positive experience getting a massage here from Jessica. I had booked a 60-minute Swedish massage and I was very impressed with the facilities, receptionist, and my massage therapist. She was very attentive, asked all the right questions, and checked in with me regularly to make sure the pressure was just right. It was honestly the best massage I've had since moving to the Jacksonville area! My experience was very healing and restorative and I left feeling like a brand-new woman. Highly recommend!

Spent a spa day with my boyfriend for his birthday and oh my god. I can't say enough positive things about this place. The owner gave me a massage and facial and was so sweet and gave us a tour around the place! I got a membership after my first visit!

Alyssa was incredible. She was amazing and so helpful. The place was overall decent. i'd go back for her.

Absolutely amazing spa. I have never been to a spa before, but this place might have started an addiction for me. The massage was very professional clean and comfortable. Could ask any questions or speak up at any time if I was not comfortable Stephanie did an amazing job and will definitely be back to try the other types of massages in the other services offered. 10/10. Gained a lifelong customer!!

What a relaxing day! Natural Healing Day spa is a hidden gem. Esthetically it is somewhat of an older building with not a bunch of esthetically pleasing decor like your resort spa. For me that's not too important compared to the actual services received. Customer service was super friendly. I received a body wrap and scrub and ended with a massage which was the perfect spa package! My massage was divine!!! 10000/10!!! Stephanie's hands are truly blessed!!! I recommend adding the catered lunch. A perfect way to end your spa day!

Worst customer service. I posted this review on Google about an hour ago and I have included the owner's rude and condescending response to the post.If I could leave no stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled for today 12/22 at 11:30. As I walk in 20 minutes prior to my appointment, I received a phone call that my son was sick and I needed to leave. I asked to reschedule. I was told that not only would they keep my deposit for today , but require another deposit to reschedule. I explain that my son was sick and had to leave. The receptionist responded " Oh well, you need to cancel within 24 hours notice." While I understand the need for a cancellation policy, given the emergency circumstances that other arrangements could have been done especially since I was at my appointment; however, had to leave. Furthermore, to treat a repeat customer in such away is egregious. Nonetheless, I will take my business elsewhere and highly recommend you do the same.Response from the owner 27 minutes agoHi Jasmine. I know it can be so frustrating when you have to miss your spa appointments. You did walk in at your appointment time to cancel your spa package. I asked if you were able to stay for any service to avoid losing the deposit but you said you are unable to. I'm sorry unfortunate circumstances arose today, our policy is 24 hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Hopefully when your son feels better you can bring him into the salt room.
