My daughter kept telling me about this place and I finally got her! So special and nice people! They are a team with lots of attention to customer service and they're Friendly ! I don't usually like nail salons but they convince me to try them out and I'm so glad I did! The special massage chairs are awesome with heat and so many options. The nail menu is huge and they even pulled out a chair for our purses, a pull out table for our beverage. It was like first class! I'll definitely be back! They also offered online scheduling.

I made a last minute appointment to get SNS here and by time time I got there, they were completely busy. I didn't request anyone specific so I'd still have to wait. Mrs.Tanya approached me and asked me what I'd like to get. I told her and we went over to her station. She examined my nails and recommended that I get acrylic this time and then SNS down the road as my nails were really flimsy and needed to grow out some more. Acrylics are not my favorite but I decided to trust her. She ended up doing a beautiful job on my nails and was able to use the same color I had wanted in SNS. you can really tell she takes pride in her work.She asked if I wanted a pedicure and I didn't need one at the time but I did need my eyebrows done. Again, amazing job. I'm definitely going back to see her.

Sorry, no pics. Great mani and pedi by Annie here. Pricing is comparable. The space is huge. Loads of chairs and spaces for services, but looks like they're still trying to build out the front space where the register is. My gel pedi is still going strong and it's been a month. I've already picked at my gel mani, but it has not left my nails in ruin like most places. The only thing that bugged me was that I couldn't see the pricing posted anywhere. Annie is great tho. Will definitely come back to see her in the future.

I have been to this nail salon multiple times before and have had okay experiences. Nothing that screams great or bad. However, today my boyfriend wanted to treat me and took me for a pedicure. The nail tech was standing in front of the door staring out directly at us making me feel quite uncomfortable. They completely changed the check in area to be bigger which is nice. Once I went to check in, one of the workers was very demanding in speech. There were multiple techs around us staring at me. I stated I wanted a pedicure and he immediately looked at my bf and asked if he was getting one too, we said no and he looked annoyed. I shared that he was paying, I asked for a basic pedicure. He tried to sell me on something higher in price. I explained I have sensitive skin and can't have scents on my legs so I would get a basic pedicure and asked if he could only do my feet with the product. He looked at me with either a confused and judgmental face. He told my bf to stay up front. And he took me back. One of the ladies told my bf to go sit next to me so I asked the man if he could. He said no. I asked why? (Because I have been here before and they always let us.) they said bc their boss says that the seats are for customers. This is understandable but they had 3 clients and an empty salon. I was already frustrated and uncomfortable. The attitude I received overwhelmed me with anxiety, I let him know I did not want to get a service anymore. He said okay and left me with my feet in the water. So, I dried my feet got up and told my bf that we have to leave. We went next door to buy supplies for myself. Can you believe the manager was there and tried to offer me 20% off and allow my bf to sit next to me. Why couldn't have that been accommodated while I was there before leaving upset? I let him know I would never be receiving services from them ever again and did not purchase anything because I wasn't gonna give them any business and it was over priced.

NAILS AKA BAD VIBES. COM - LOLOLOL After being a repeat client, I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this FACTORY looking nail salon. The moment I walked in, the vibes were EWWWW. The staff were extremely rude, and it was obvious they're haters, constantly gossiping about every client, which was translated, sad thing is they don't have the audacity to say it in English hahaha! Shit is annoying af, and low life like. Particularly, theres a blonde, overweight lady who seemed to be leading the gossiping. It was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a service industry where customers should feel valued and respected.But that wasn't even the worst part. The hygiene standards at this place are non-existent. The tools they used looked dirty, and the workstation was covered in dust and nail clippings from previous customers. I didn't see any proper sanitation practices being followed at all.My nail technician was rough and clearly not skilled. Nasty ass attitude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The combination of bought licenses, unprofessional behavior, poor hygiene, and lack of skill makes this the worst nail salon I've ever visited. Save your money and go somewhere where the staff actually respect their customers and follow basic cleanliness protocols. The BBB will be contacted.

I went to Nails.com on Monday, November 4. I have been to this salon on other occasions and I was very satisfied with the service. But this particular day was very bad. The tech rushed my pedicure. She seemed to be more interested in the team that was cleaning the salon, than taking care of my needs. As soon as I left the salon, I looked at my toenails and saw that they were jagged from where she did not completely cut the toenails nor did she not use a file to file down the rough edges. I immediately turned around and came back where I met Lee. No questions asked Lee brought me back in and took care of the toenails that was not properly cut nor filed down. But my nightmare did not end there the next day, I woke up with second degree burns on my legs from where she had applied oil and then used very hot stones to try to rub the oil in. One bad apple does not spoil the whole bunch, but this experience has left me not wanting to return.

I came here for the first time for acrylics and pedi. Firstly, there's no prices on the website but the reviews on Google looked good so I decided to try it. They advertise lots of discounts but don't like to give them at check out. I heard another client arguing about it when she was paying up. I was entitled to 10% off as I was a new client and it was my birthday but she would only give me 7% discount. My nails are fine, happy with the quality however after the acrylic and color application, the lady started to vigorously file my nails without ensuring my skin wasn't stuck to the acrylic and she cut me and it bled, all she said was oops, sorry. And still couldn't give me a full 10% discount. There's a pot of nail tools ( mainly nail clippers) that I'm guessing are used between clients as there was so sign of them being cleaned for my use or after me. Generally covered in nail dust. Could be much better. Although staff are pleasant.
