Moroccan Hammam & Day Spa

Came for a massage and the experience was very calming. Callie was really attentive to my needs. I came here with my partner who requested a male masseuse and they were very accommodating and helpful. The massage room could've used a warmer or heating pad on the table in order to make the shocking cold of the blankets with the fan blowing less uncomfortable. The music was soothing. However, I would for preference preferred something less loud. The inside is decorated so beautifully. I wish they hired more male aestheticians in order for my Muslim male friends could enjoy the experience as well. It's hard finding spas that accommodate to a Muslim community. However this place is beautiful and I'll be coming back for sure.

I had a lovely time here. I got one of the spa treatments for my birthday and I was so peaceful and relaxing! The massage was great! 10/10 she listened when I requested hard pressure and delivered on the request.The next thing was the steam room- I had never been in one before and it felt a little mystical. I couldn't really see and it was foggy and thick like being lost in the forest. I loved it but could only stay in for 20 minutes or so. The body scrub and wrap was nice! I love that they source their mud from the Dead Sea. It was also my first time getting a scrub. It was a unique experience. The girl helping me was so sweet! I finished with a lovely tea and fruit cocktail! Overall I would absolutely come back!

Wow! What a great massage treatment. We went here for a couples massage and it did not disappoint. The location provides a true Moroccan experience with the music and vibe. The staff is so thoughtful and attentive. We were made to be special from the start. My wife had Carolann and I had Hilda. Both did an excellent job with the right amount of pressure. They both were attentive to what our pain points were and focused on the areas we asked about. We felt so much better after our treatment. They provided us water after and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be back and will request the same providers. What a great experience!

I visited for the first time this year. I enjoyed the Royal Hammam treatment. It's so relaxing. I had my hair in faux locs at but that wasn't a problem. They offer bonnets to keep your hair neat and tidy. I loved my treatment and will definitely return. After my sister treated me for my birthday, I've since treated my mom and dad to spa days. My mom went after Mother's Day for a massage and facial. My dad got an hour massage with CBD oil add on. Great spa with a great variety of services. I'd love to return for a massage and facial soon. Once I get my schedule in order.

Overall a great experience, but I've been a few times and the services have been uneven.Getting the massage/facial/hammam combo "Trip to Morocco; sometimes the facial is great and the massage is so-so. Sometimes the massage is great and the facial is so-so.I haven't been able to determine who are my favored providers for those services.The hammam (including steamroom session, body scrub, and hair wash) is always relaxing and wonderful.

I have come here twice- once for a massage and once for a facial. They are very accommodating as I had to switch my appointment times twice. Melanie was my facial esthetician and she was fabulous. 100/10 recommended- every time I thought it was done there was more! She was diligent in her work and made me feel comfortable. She took the time to write down an exfoliate she recommends and she'll show you your extractions if that's your cup of tea! This place is amazing and I will be back!

Melanie was very professional and gave an amazing facial. Her facial really helped my makeup go on a lot smoother.The room had a great atmosphere, warm and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment. Excellent place and everyone was very nice.

Went in today with a friend and we both got the 90min royal hammam body scrub and a 60 min deep tissue massage. We were absolutely blown away with how amazing every part of the process was. Atmosphere was inviting and relaxing and the services exceeded our expectations. My services were with Ashley for the body scrub and Carolann for the massage and I highly recommend both!

You all please go to this spa. Best in Jacksonville! The treatment you receive from the team is top tier. The body treatments are divine. I felt like a spoiled princess. I wish I had this treatment every single day!
