I tried this nail salon last week based on the Google reviews more than the Yelp reviews. Sorry but there were more on Google. I asked for Tina to do both my fill in and pedicure based on the reviews. She was very friendly and I thought she did a nice job on both. The only disappointments I had were their lack of OPI products, which I really prefer, and the salon needs a little deep cleaning. There were spots that were dusty, a laundry hamper with unfolded laundry sitting out and things that just made it seem a little unkept. I think I will give her another try as she did a nice job. I do hope they get some more OPI products and do a little cleaning. It's very convenient in the Publix shopping center where I shop regularly.

Had a very off day last weekend at our usual nail spot, Moda. Most of the family faces were gone and staffing was only three people. Despite calling ahead there was a two hour wait, but with only three technicians working I am not surprised. Lovely space, great pedicure choices but sadly I will be going elsewhere in the future.

This nail salon is clean and treated my mother with care and professionalism. They did a fantastic job on my manicure and pedicure. My mom absolutely loved her manicure and pedicure too!

This is a perfectly acceptable place to get your nails done - nothing fancy or "extra" but super convenient next to Publix. I visited a few years ago for a pedicure, but avoided them due my experience -- the gal asked to do a manicure, and I declined. She looked at my fingernails and made a disdainful expression - I just didn't like the vibe. (Petty, I know)Yesterday I decided to give them another try. I called ahead and made an appointment- that didn't help at all, I still had to wait 40 minutes because they were busy.My pedicure was fine. A gentleman did it, and he did a good job. The basic service was $26. No wine or water was offered, unlike some other places.TIP - I was able to leave a tip on my credit card, which was quite convenient. I tipped $5, and the lady wrote down 2.5 in a ledger... I wonder if the gentleman got the full tip, or if I should have handed him $5? Next time, I'll try to carry cash.I usually go to Bella Nail by SteinMart right up the street - it's just a llittle nicer experience.

My first time going to this place. Was assigned a male who I was leery about doing my fill. Turns out he winds up giving me a new set. Ok that was fine, however the worst job ever. He left part of the old acrylic on my nails and put new acrylic over even if he could not remove the entire acrylic from old set. I will post photos to show examples of what I walked out with. A total disgrace and going back to my old salon across town so they can fix! I am not that picky but I knew he was going to be a problem as he did not seem to confident and to be honest I had to ask to see his license, which was hidden in a drawer! Beware. I would probably guess the girls are better but since I was new they figured they would throw me to the novice!

Ashley did a great job. Came in without an appointment and was out very quickly Satisfied. Fair price. CASH tips only. ATM next door.

I've been to several nail salons here in Jacksonville since moving here and let me tell you it been a challenge until I walked into this place. Now, I have to say I think I was spoiled in Atlanta so it's been hard trying to find a place that measured. Anyway, this is the closes I've come. My biggest pet-peeve is the liners and tools used. Guess what!?! They use liners and open new filers and scrubber for you. They are nice and the place is clean. Just be sure to call for an appoint.. everyone is great but I always ask for Julie for my mani and Ben for my pedi. Go and call forr your appointment now and enjoy.

I got a great dip manicure with Jenny and my mother got a great pedicure. The salon is clean, well-stocked with supplies, and the nail techs are outstanding. Great visit! I called in the morning and we got appointments the same day.

Called and made an appointment. Arrived ten minute before appointment The technician that was to do my mail took a walk in just as I arrived. She was requesting a pedi. No way could she complete that pedi in ten minutes Poor , Really poor customer service. I went down the road and they were happy for my business.

Been coming here for years. Very professional, great selection of colors, special designs. Love this place !
