Wow! Love this Ice Cream Shop! I love the Dulce De Leche ice cream they have! Great flavor! My loved the Marsh Mallow Brownie ice cream. She said it was very delicious and great flavor. They have a lot of flavors of ice cream to choose from. The staff were super friendly and very helpful with answering questions and helping us make our flavor decisions. Definitely recommend you stop by here and get ice cream! Love how they keep everything so clean between each order. Not use to seeing that at other places! We will definitely be back very soon! I originally came here for a Yelp experience but ended up indulging a bit more, and I'm so glad I did! Millie's is absolutely delightful. The vibe is cozy and charming, with its pink, café-style aesthetic that feels like stepping into a sweet daydream. Pastel accents, cheerful decor, and a warm atmosphere make it the perfect spot to treat yourself.The staff here? Sweet as their ice cream! They're incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely make you feel welcome. It's clear they take pride in their work, and it makes the whole experience even better. Don't forget to tip them--they definitely deserve it!One of the unique things about Millie's is their clever use of tennis balls to show scoop sizes. It's such a fun idea, and let me tell you, the portions are beyond generous. You won't leave disappointed.We ordered a waffle cone with dulce de leche and strawberry ice cream, and it was fantastic. The dulce de leche was rich and creamy, while the strawberry was fresh and fruity. Topped with marshmallows, Oreos, whipped cream, and a maraschino cherry, it was a masterpiece of indulgence--just the right amount of sweetness in every bite.We also tried a separate scoop of mango ice cream, which had a wonderful coconut undertone. It's a perfect option for anyone avoiding lactose. Plus, for those who are lactose-intolerant but still want to enjoy, they sell lactase pills at the counter for just 50 cents. It's such a thoughtful and considerate touch.Millie's really gets it right with their delicious flavors, generous portions, and friendly vibe. Whether you're here for a quick Yelp stop or looking to splurge a little, it's an experience worth savoring. Highly recommend!

Served by the most hospitable & informative attendee, Misty, who patiently answered all our questions & gave the best recommendations she based on flavors we love. We were given a "ice cream flight," & some memorable flavors: Very Mango, Brad's Vanilla, Coffee Break, Strawberry Scooter Crunch & so many others. Each having their own unique stand alone taste, you are bound to find a flavor that suits your palate. Misty also introduced us to "Italian Cherry" that is probably the best topper for ice cream!!! 2 flavors I selected: Backyard S'mores & Marshmallow Brownie served on a waffle bowl topped with Italian Cherry & whipped cream. Backyard S'mores is my season's FAV!!! The waffle bowl cannot be underrated, it packed true waffle taste & was very filling.Note: though combinations are limitless, some flavors may be best consumed individually, such as Very Mango with its tropical rich style. *First Friday of each month - new seasonal flavor(s) are released. Seasonal ice cream flavors are available till it's SOLDOUT.Millie's Homemade Ice Cream San Marco has definitely left a mark on me & will return to enjoy other flavors in their menu!!! My wife and I went to try this lovely spot in San Marco and could not be more impressed. Not only was the ice cream delicious, but the service was exceptional. Each of the staff were beaming with excitement when we waltzed through the doors. This visit was inspired by a Yelp Elite Event, but since my wife did not get an invite, we were able to visit as an event guest as well as a regular customer. Both experiences were wonderful, and we tried different flavors to get the most out of our first visit. While I thought the blue Cookie Monster flavor might stain our mouths, it thankfully did not. And that color added to the whimsy of the shop. The adorable kid coloring book posting on the wall was another nice touch. We can't wait to go back for another visit :)

What a lovely little place. The whimsical decor is very inviting and the employees were very friendly and welcoming. They offer samples of any flavor you'd like to try and making a decision is next to impossible because everything is so good. The serving sizes are exceptionally generous. We will definitely be making another visit soon.

We finally made it to Millie's Ice Cream in San Marco, one of their newest locations. If you haven't tried their ice cream, it's a cross between custard and ice cream, with a smooth, great-tasting texture. When walking into the store, you're hit with the sweet smell of freshly cooked waffle bowls, with great taste and a hint of cinnamon. I ordered the 2-scoop Sunday in the waffle bowl, definitely large enough for 2 people, with a scoop of vanilla and dulce de leche and caramel sauce. It was a winning taste. Give them a try; you won't be disappointed.

Great ice cream, but very expensive. Great location. Lots of parking spots. Only going on special occasions.
