Love this place!! The food is great, the service is always on point, the ambiance is extremely chill. I usually order my food to go, when I am in the mood for New York style pizza this is the only place I go. I also go and indulge on the chocolate cake. 5 stars every time

I stopped in here on a Saturday night around 5:00 and the place was mostly empty. I opted for the bar as it was wide open and I was immediately greeted by the bartender. I got an espresso martini, originally ordered the regular one but the bartender said she made the vanilla one. It was actually pretty good with the slightest hint of vanilla in it. The manicotti was tasty and I had leftovers. It also came with a side salad and a big piece of garlic bread. This place reminded me of a family owned Olive Garden, not bad but definitely better out there. I would for sure come back for the espresso martini.

Outstanding service! Salad was made to order, bread come out hot out of the oven. The homemade marinara sauce was thick and tasty. Great meal. We will be back.

Milano's is a cozy restaurant with a great bar area, and an outdoor patio that would be great for large groups. They have an extensive menu and I settled on the Tortellini Rose (cheese-filled pasta in a pink Alfredo sauce with spinach, topped with mozzarella) at my last visit. All entrees are served with garlic bread and a side salad. I upgraded to a side Caesar and paired it with a glass of Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc. I loved the tangy Caesar dressing which paired well with the shredded mozzarella in the salad. The garlic bread has a good crust while being soft inside, but I really prefer their cheesy garlic bread. I often order it with their pizza for delivery. I really like their pizza crust! Be sure to leave room for dessert, especially If you like tiramisu! The ladyfingers were drenched in espresso and the mascarpone was so light and fluffy.

My takeout last night from Milano's left more to be desired and now I recall why I haven't been to Milano's in quite some time. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo which comes with bread and a side salad- I opted for Caesar salad. The lettuce in the salad was starting to turn, the ends were brown/red and there were few pieces in the salad that WEREN'T discolored. I always wonder if the ones preparing these meals would eat this themselves or be pleased if they got this from a restaurant. It seems like such an easy fix as it's basically chopped lettuce in a bowl. The Alfredo sauce was off. It was yellowish and reminded me of cream of chicken soup out of a can. Definitely not one of my favorites and didn't seem like a true creamy white sauce. I wouldn't order this again. The bread was good, very light and airy and warm!I will say from the time I called in my order to when I picked it up was much less than the time I was quoted. They did a good job at having my food ready in a timely manner and I didn't have to wait at all once I got there. I'm just not sure I'd be in a hurry to come back as there's quite a few local Italian restaurants around the beaches and I wasn't WOWed by this experience.

The food is good, not great. The base sauce for entrees is ok, but not anything that has any depth of flavor. I only say this because a few basic Italian seasonings would have greatly improved his sauce. I do realize that this place is in a small shopping plaza just 2 blocks from the beach. Not much of a culinary Mecca! However, there aren't many choices in that general area. We did visit this restaurant twice. The live music from a girl playing a ukulele was downright horrible! Off tune uke & voice. The servers we had were very good & attentive. My husband had to teach one girl to open a bottle of wine, but no problem. She was so sweet and deserving to work somewhere else with a better manager. Bottom line, I hope the manager/owner can bring this place up several notches because this area needs & wants a better place.

I called in an order. Spaghetti with meat sauce and 2 of the Thursday $1.50 cheese pizza slices with sausage. The spaghetti came with a side salad and garlic bread. The thin crust pizza was good for the price. The salad was good. The garlic bread was trash. Very dry, very little butter. The top was the only thing that had garlic seasoning and the butter. I took two bites and threw it away. The spaghetti was bland and tasteless. The sauce had no flavor and the meat in the sauce was ground too much and flavorless.

We stopped by after a beach day and it was empty. But luckily it was also lunch special time and we were able to order from that menu.... But also the portions depending on what you get are less than impressive. The ravioli came with a total of 3 and it's apparently and up charge of $1 for rose sauce... which we didn't know until we got the bill. The bread with the combo was a waste of space but this is also one of the only spots that gives an appropriate amount of bread for the bruschetta appetizer. It had pros and cons and it was good but a few things like the rose sauce surprise upcharge and mediocre bread landed us at a 3.I would try again if in the area to see if this could be amended.

The tortellini rose is always excellent but I think the plain calzone may have been the best I've ever eaten. The bruschetta was tops as well.
