The food was really amazing, definitely one of the best businesses and gravy I've ever had. And the whole thing is in a really cute area.

It's been 3 years since I was here and unfortunately a bit disappointed. I remembered this place was pretty cool and had good food so we returned. After waiting in line for 40+ minutes (the line was short too, but the person taking orders was also making everyone's drinks) we got to order. The restaurant was still open for several hours after we arrived but they were out of their cheapest ingredient, potatoes for hash browns. So my wife couldn't get what she was hoping for which sucked. They were also out of cold foam for coffees. I got the cinnamon hazelnut latte and it's good but very cinnamony. I ordered the sticky maple and thought it was pretty good. She ended up getting 'the farmer' and it was flooded with what they call house made apple butter, but it looked like slightly browned apple sauce and it was drenched in it. Looked unappetizing and she didn't care for it. Staff weren't as pleasant as we remember. Inside seating area is still nice. They still have a fun way of assigning names to orders. Today it was: who would you invite to your NYE party.

My fiancé and I had so much hope when we waited in the long line to order breakfast this morning. However, our experience unfortunately nowhere near met our expectations. Many years ago I remember how much I loved the Gainesville location of Maple St. Biscuit Company; it was definitely amongst the better brunch options. I was so excited for my fiancé to try the restaurant as well; however, we were both let down today.I ordered the cremini mushroom taco which was missing goat cheese. I thought the maple-balsamic drizzle would be better balanced, however it was way too sweet for my taste; never a good experience eating sweet mushrooms and spinach. I also had the squeaking goat taco which was much better overall; however, the eggs did not taste fresh. My fiancé had the Eggs-treme Biscuits and Gravy and this very hungry man could barely eat half the dish. The biscuits were dry, gravy too thick and spicy and bacon was also too spicy for his taste. The best part of his dish were the eggs. Additionally, our smashbrowns were a little burnt and over-fried. The best part of breakfast was definitely the coffee. My cinnamon hazelnut latte was very pleasant and not too sweet. We were surprised to find only artificial sweeteners and no regular sugar packets though for my fiancé's Americano. This whole experience made me miss the Gainesville location dearly which I do want to visit again. However, we will likely choose alternative breakfast options next time we are in St. Augustine.

A group of four of us visited for breakfast last Sunday, and we had a wonderful experience. The seating is first come, first served, but we were fortunate enough to snag a table right away as another group was leaving. We were especially happy to get an outdoor spot since we had two dogs with us. Ordering food and drinks was quick and seamless, and the staff was friendly and attentive. My husband went with the Keto Bowl, while I opted for the Retro Plate -- both dishes were absolutely delicious. As someone who typically isn't a big breakfast eater, I was genuinely impressed and would definitely order the Retro Plate again. Overall, a fantastic meal in a great atmosphere -- we'll definitely be back if we visit St. Augustine again!

Happy we found this place. It is very good and quick! The staff asked our favorite holiday decorations and yelled them out instead of our names which was very cute. The biscuits were great and the jam was delicious! I got an ice coffee which was very good! This might be a new breakfast spot for us!

Have been dying to eat here and was very pleased. You walk in and order at the counter Young lady at counter was very friendly abd helpful. Then you find a table sit and wait for your order to be called out. Tjey have different themes, when I visited it was your favorite Christmas ornament. You are asked when you place your order instead of a name. Biscuit sandwiches are huge. Fork and knife huge. Lots fun combinations to choose from. Oooh and fun coffees too And the most delicious peach lemonade must visit

Food would have been better with less pepper. We could barely taste the ingredients. Also our biscuit was hard as it was overcooked.

Interesting place, not excited about the food but I did like the ambiance. The best part was ordering--order at the counter and they bring your food to the table AND they call out not your name but the person that you would love to eat with. I heard Hillary Clinton, George Clooney and even George Washington!I ordered the retro and the hash browns tasted like they were sitting there for hours, biscuit was just okay.Maybe lunch is better?
