Had the pleasure of meeting Nic and his mobile pizza making enterprise at a recently attended surprise 40th birthday in jax, fl. I have to say the pizza is fabulous, The red sauce used on the pizza made me feel I was right in the middle of little Italy or Sicily (see what I did there ) however, it was told to me that the owner is from Sydney, Australia......I responded immediately "if Sydney makes pizza like this then count me in mate".I would recommend this place for a hired pop up mobile party or if you are looking for a casual bite of some pizza if you get a craving! 5 stars!

Mamasamas is legit! Always excited to see this truck! I can honestly say that I have loved everything I have ever tried. And what is exciting is they always rotate in new stuff so you'll likely never try the same thing twice, however you'll always get the amazing Napoli style pizza which is hands down the best in Jax!

This place has great reviews and fully booked ahead of time so our expectations were high when we made our reservation. They're only available on the weekends after 5PM and we had to wait a month to go.Yelpers were raving about their Ragu dish. Their menu is very limited and by looking at the pictures, that Ragu definitely caught my eye. I'm a meat eater and this plate has chunks of beef so I ordered it. Come to find out, they change the meat and pasta often so the meat they put in Ragu that night was ground beef (like bolognese) and the pasta was the large macaroni type. Very disappointed to say the least. Steak chunks in parpadelle pasta just like what they served prior would have been five stars! My wife's pasta dish was also changed to gnocchi which she didn't care for. We definitely went on a wrong night, but what can you do if your reservation is still a month away? The only thing I enjoyed was the tiramisu. Light and not too sweet. Service was slow although our server was friendly and accommodating. Mamasamas is only available for dinner and maybe because it's cooler at night. The place had fans running throughout and windows open. Not sure if it has air conditioning.

we had the pleasure of using MAMASAMAS catering for a party we hosted at our home. People are still talking about how amazing the food was. The food was not the only thing that was incredible but the service was a 10/10. Thank you!!!

Living in Atlantic Beach finding good food is always a task several options much better than average but really good food even great food hard to find - until we foubd Nic and team.Newly opened, quaint spot but really good and fresh ingredients made a great meal. Leslie served us well and the homemade Lemoncello was a great ending.Must haves: Meatballs, carpaccio, veal, pasta (Had all 4 options offered) and Tara Misu. Wine and full bar options - but good range of options.Thanks for a great experience!

We booked the Mamasama Team for an in-home catered dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday in December and it was a magical evening. The Mamasama team made it so easy -- from building the menu, to setting up and cooking, to serving the food/wine during the meal and managing all of the cleanup. The team has such great energy they added to the whole night...not just with food, but also with their presence.We built an amazing menu (see the images) -- crowd favorites were the the pumpkin aranchini, porchini mushroom pasta and the homemade tiramisu. We had leftover meatballs the next day and they were just as good as the night of the party.I would highly recommend catering with Mamasama. It will be an experience you and your guests will not forget.

The absolute best pizza I have ever had. Made me overeat! Fresh ingredients and skillfully combined so that they are all appreciated. Mamasama's serves fresh ingredients with tons of love and energy

Nic and team have crushed it. Everything from wine, food, to ambiance was top tier. Vibes are great and the entire team is crushing it. Will be back.
