M Shack

Let me start by saying that I really like M Shack and I am sad that they are down to one location now. So, when some friends from out of town stopped in and wanted to grab lunch, I recommended this location as it was close to their St Augustine/ Ponte Vedra vacation rental. Upon arrival, I noted that the restaurant was empty and that there was no one at the host stand. Someone yelled from the kitchen that they would be with us shortly. A few minutes later, we were greeted by our enthusiastic but harried host who was clearly doing double duty. I ordered the breakfast all day burger (burger, cheese, sunny-side up egg, hash brown and shack sauce on a bun) with onion rings. My friends ordered the apple sauce and the totchos (tater tots with nacho style toppings). Upon being seated at a small table, I had to ask the host to turn down the overhead music bc it was too loud and we could not speak at a reasonable level. He agreed and quickly fixed the problem. They also have bar seating. After a short time, our food arrived (brought by the host who was doing double duty) and everything was well cooked and looked visually appealing. My burger was amazing same great M Shack burger I remember and my friends remarked that the house made apple sauce was fresh and the totchos were crispy and filling. I also noted that my burger and rings came in a basket and the totchos came in a nice ceramic bowl. A step up from the paper products I am used to in the past. As I mentioned, the only person serving us was the host and the only other person I saw in the dining area was the bartender who was more interested in getting drinks from the Coke machine than helping out the busy server/ host. Note, most burgers come as a double patty smash burger but if you have a smaller appetite you can request a single patty. Great meal provided by a short staffed crew.

I have absolutely no complaints. The burger was a mouthwatering delight, cooked to juicy perfection with a tantalizing blend of flavors that made each bite a pleasure. The fries, perfectly crispy on the outside yet fluffy on the inside, were irresistible and complemented the meal wonderfully. And the Oreo milkshake? It was pure bliss--thick, creamy, and indulgently sweet, every sip felt like a treat.The service was impressively fast and impressively friendly, with staff who seemed genuinely eager to make the experience memorable. Everything was clearly made to order, which only heightened the overall quality.Surprisingly, the place was quite empty during my visit, and I found myself puzzled as to why. Perhaps it was the time of day, but I can't shake the feeling that this gem deserves far more attention. It truly was a fantastic dining experience!

Very tasty burgers and the best onion rings I've ever eaten. The wait service at the bar was exceptional. In the future this will be my "go to" place In Nocatee for a burger. The atmosphere was modern and upscale.

Came in during lunchtime on a Sunday. Pretty busy but were able to find seats for two. They told us upfront that the wait for food would be at least 16 mins. We both ordered the M shack burger, added jalapeños and onions. Also ordered the hot fries with an aioli sauce. Burgers were delicious, cooked to perfection. Slight charred flavor, which I loved. Very juicy. The fries were OK, wish the sauce came on the side as it wasn't my favorite.. but the fries came out crispy. I didn't mind the spicy powder that were on top. Would definitely go again for the burgers!

QUALITYQuality ingredients, fresh food FAST. Don't settle for McWendy's or whatever, for a buck or two more you can eat better. Love yourself by going to M Shack

Awesome service and love the food and the employees are so friendly and wonderful and it is amazing wonderful menu full of variety of foods and love it so much and everything is so clean and sanitized and I appreciate the hospitality friendly employees and gorgeous place and wonderful restaurant and love it so very much I feel happy and I always enjoy my self so bring everyone and it is fantastic place please spreadthe word and have fun and so incredible and give all the employees lots of big tips and they deserve it and so awesome and unbelievable they all work so hard and deserve some attention and lots of respect and love and care and and tell everyone and place is perfect for all occasions and have fun relax enjoy some down time.From Lauren

Come here all the time, amazing service, especially sista erin and curt, always an enjoyable experience.

We picked up our food. It was over done. The burgers were definitely burnt and/or old. I had eaten at the one at town center when it was open and gotten to go from the one that used to be at the beach and even eaten at this one when it first opened, all great experiences. But this order was pretty bad. No flavor, over cooked, dry. Very disappointed this time. Not sure if we will try it again as it's also expensive to have a crappy meal. Milkshakes were good. But that's about it

We had a wonderful experience Saturday evening M Shack. We have been there several times and have never been disappointed. The food is always delicious and comes out exactly as order, the restaurant is always clean and staff is always sweeping or wiping down tables and always with a smile. The gentleman that takes your order at the register is pleasant, patient and always has a smile. I would highly recommend M Shack.

M Shack did not disappoint. It was the literally best burger I've ever had and the service was top tier! Charlie was amazing. The environment is welcoming and the music was pretty great too. Go here. You will not be disappointed! In fact, every Medure owned restaurant is top notch!
