Such an incredible experience! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone. I have extremely thick and tough hair to manage and this is now the ONLY place I will ever go. The staff are so welcoming, I get so excited every time I have an upcoming appointment. I have left many appointments at other salons in tears - every time I leave Lyon & Wright I feel confident and happy!

Jay is amazing, highly recommend this newly established salon in Jacksonville Beach! I've been treated like a Queen every time I visit and I'm confident in the products and my hair professional!

Karli KarliKarliAll day and night long!!! Although I think you can't go wrong with anyone working here. I'm so glad that I went with my "google" search and reached out to Lyon and Wright. I had an upcoming event and had a week to get my hair done. Through their online appointment systems I found myself texting with Rae one of the owners. We had a great text conversation and she thought I would be a great match with Karli. Rae booked an appointment for me, getting me in right away but the snafu was a little hurricane coming through that week. I knew it was going to be an issue but crossed my fingers because it's Mother Nature. This is where I want to talk about customer service. Rae was proactive, knowing that I was on a deadline to get my hair done before I went away. But still, it was a hurricane week and I didn't expect to be a thought in her mind. But I was. She let me know they were closing like all of the area businesses and when they reopened I would be in the chair. And I was: First thing the day after, driving over branches and other road debris I got to meet Karli and get my hair done. Since this wasn't my first rodeo, I knew that closing effected their schedule and stylist of course are human. Florida hurricane weeks are not fun and just because I needed highlights before a vacation, I know my needs weren't exactly a priority. Why tell you all of this? Because walking into Lyon and Wright you would never have known there was any chaos going on. There was zero rushing. Zero. Ok now about Karli! For me, starting over and finding a new stylist is not easy. It generally takes me a year to develop a relationship where I'm happy with the color, highlights and cut. It takes time. Karli got it on the first try. I've only ventured out twice in 10 years before this year. I went to Ten and Cortello. Both popular salons in the area. Both times I left very unhappy with the color and had to have it redone. During consolations I should have gone with my gut and just left. But because both times these people had been recommended I wanted to trust that it would be alright. It wasn't . So here I was at Lyon and Wright giving it another try to establish a home. I was wreck lol. We chatted after being introduced and when we started the consultation She pulled up a chair and looked at my pictures I keep on my phone of my favorites styles/color's ect . Probably 100 or so . I'm not an easy customer, I'm very specific and I can guarantee you it's downright annoying to an artist . I get it, I do. But from my perspective I only have the one head of hair and it's aging quickly, not rebounding as easily as a youngsters does. So when you say it's just hair, it grows back. I say hush you're not paying my bill of $300 for it to grown back. You want it awesome walking out of the salon. The difference in how Karli did her consultation versus every other one I have ever done was I was made to feel completely comfortable and heard. She's ruined it for any future consultations I have for any reason going forward. This is how it should be done. She looked at pictures, went back and forth between styles and ASKED questions. Even if she was making them up lol it made me feel comfortable that she was hearing me. And as I sit here in the chair for the second time I'm amazed listening to her sharing with an apprentice that is here today, the things she knows about me as if I've been her customer for 10 years. She of course is leaving out the part about me being on the crazy neurotic spectrum and having major trust issues. The salon is clean, stylish, chic but also very comfortable.Staff is fantastic. Everyone I encountered I've had great conversations with. From front desk to the assistants/apprentice as well as Karli of course.PS that $300 I've been paying... I didn't pay at Lyon and Wright. I do not know what their pricing is but roots, highlight, cut, tip and kerastase product I was under $300.Definitely check them out.

If you're looking for the best salon with the best hairstylists in Jax Beach look no further! Personally I've been seeing my hairstylist Haley for years. She is incredible at what she does and I love how she really listens to what I'm wanting and exceeds all of my expectations.I always leave Lyon&Wright salon feeling my best! Big thank you to my fav Haley!!!!

Absolutely incredible hairstylists! I've been seeing Rae for about 8 years now, and she's always done an awesome job. I don't trust anywhere else to do my hair!

Hands down the best hair salon in Jacksonville!! Beautiful place conveniently located in Jacksonville Beach, with very professional and personable stylists and staff. They use the top of the line products, and I always leave feeling gorgeous, confident, extremely happy, and smelling great! This is the only salon I will go to.
