Luca's Italian Restaurant

For a quick Italian food, specializing in Pizza. This is the place. Good food and I love their personal pie portion, can actually served 2 if you order salads.... Saw on other table the customers that ordered pastas, the portion was very generous and seems like people were enjoying it. It has a country ambiance which was very interesting. Surely will come back to this place

We were promptly seated and greeted by a most friendly and welcoming waitress. Drink order in and their hot garlic bread knots come to the table. I could eat a dozen of them but chose to restrain from a second order. I usually get some type of pasta here (always delicious), but tonight I was in one of my rare pizza vibes. The white garlic chicken pizza did not disappoint. It was delicious, with a perfect melding of cheeses on a perfect crust. Next trip means a tougher order decision, but challenge accepted!

The food is delicious and the service is great , it has all old timer thing's hanging on the wall from back in the day ! The pizza is very good , spaghetti is delicious, everything you order is very hot and very good !

Sadly, founder Luca passed away December 25, 2022. His family is still running the two restaurants, however. We expressed our condolences to his daughter who was managing the Orange Park location. We were having a night out and Dennis really wanted lasagna. It's hard to beat Luca's!! Rich, crammed with meat, etc., and large servings--I thought we'd have to bring some home. Not so--Dennis ate it all! I ordered a large Veggie pizza, subtracted the onions, and added seasoned ground beef (yes, defeats the purpose but I love veggies and meat). I do have some leftover slices for the big football games this weekend! Dennis' meal included a side salad, which had green olives in it--his fav. (I ate all the black olives--my fav.) We each got a complimentary garlic knot--lovely golden in color with butter and Parmesan cheese on top. The desserts there are scrumptious but we were way too full. Because we are moving out of the area, we may not frequent the restaurant as much, but it is wonderful so we will be back!

I am from new jersey so maybe I am spoiled but I don't think a real Italian has ever darkened the doorway here. Sorry excuse for Italian restaurant.

I just can't imagine why people give this place a bad review. One of the best tasting pizza in Northwest Florida I think people just don't like a family run business if it's not a big flashy advertised place they're not going to give it a chance.

Finally found the best New York style pizza!!!! And their prices are so reasonable!! Ask for Tammy She's great!!

Decent food at a decent price. Very friendly and accommodating staff, just a local place with good food.

We've driven by this place for years and years and always wished we'd try their food. Tonight we finally had a chance to dine in. If you go and are expecting immediate seating( come in and sit anywhere you want we'll be right there is how it works), fancy interior( I loved the eclectic decor) fast food( good food takes time) or total attention to your every need( there were only two waitresses and they were working as hard as they could for dine in and take out patrons) then this isn't your place. However if you're looking for homemade sauces on your food,delicious food,complimentary homemade garlic knots, the best pizza we've had in Jacksonville or Orange Park then this is the place to go. Do yourself a favor and go here for lunch or dinner,you'll be happy you did.

The best pizza in the area!! We were promptly greeted upon entering and everything from there was great. The pizza is delicious and the beer was cold. I recommend anyone wanting pizza to try this place.
