Great food served by an awesome group of folks! Staff and owners are all extremely friendly! We met family for lunch last week and everything we ordered was delicious.Make sure to order the fried zucchini(daggers) and potstickers(skulls)...both were great. Our table combined had 3 smash burgers(all were loved by the fam) and the Minor Threat Sando which was an incredible combination of flavors & textures!Next time you are looking for a unique sando in Jax Beach go bring your pack up to Lone Wolf for an epic munch session;)

Food: 5 StarsService: 5 StarsSuch an iconic sando inspired shop that distinguishes themselves from traditional deli shops by creating unique combinations and flavors. Had we discovered them sooner, we most likely would have made multiple trips during this visit to Jacksonville. Restaurant is modestly sized that will accommodate small and a couple of larger groups. You definitely get the punk rock vibe with the wall art and music blasting in the background. Staff is incredibly friendly and will walk you through their menu or answer questions if you have any. Take your time perusing their menu as they have a lot of great choices!Pictured is their Divine Intervention Sando... Panko breaded chicken, katsu sauce, shredded lettuce, pickled veggies, sriracha, and gochujang aioli. Note that what is pictured is only HALF of the sandwich! Portions were big, so I shared the other half with the hubs. The chicken cutlets were thick and juicy with a perfectly crispy exterior. Every bite had a delightful crunch, never soggy. Also important was the texture of the bread itself. The bread loaf had a nice firm exterior but surprisingly soft interior. Again, the bread never got soggy and held together nicely during the entire meal.Be sure to pair with an order or curly fries and beverage of your choice! Can't want to visit Jacksonville again so we can swing by and try the rest of their menu! Thanks for the great experience!

I came across this place while dining at another nearby restaurant. I was intrigued by the name and the shop's graphic design on the door. I came for lunch with some coworkers, and everyone ordered something different. I started with an appetizer of Skulls. It's Pork Dumplings Topped With Wolf Sauce, Sweet Thai Chili, and Green Onion. These were okay. I'm not a huge fan of fried dumplings with a stiff wonton wrapper. But that's a personal preference. They were still good, but they were not something I would order again. I chose the Divine Intervention (Panko Breaded Chicken, Katsu Sauce, Shrettuce, Pickled Veg, Sriracha, and Gochujang Aioli) sandwich. I love a good chicken katsu but didn't care about it. In my opinion, there were too many pickled vegetables to my liking. The chicken was great, but I didn't feel like the sandwich had much flavor due to the veggies overpowering the rest of the flavors. I made sure to get fries cause I saw they were curly, and I can't pass that up. Those were perfect. Next time, I will try something new. The staff was also super sweet. Check this place out. There are so many unique takes on sandwiches.

Gosh that was a delicious sandwich!! I had heard all good things about Lone Wolf and jumped at the chance to try them while out at the beach. It's a small place and maybe the AC want working when we came in but that didn't stop me from devouring this delicious sandwich, we got the Bark at the moon, with chicken cutlets, Italian sausage. Pesto, cheese, hot peppers, lettuce... it came out huge! I ate half and was stuffed! I was so impressed with how much chicken was on this thing! It was like 5 or 6 cutlets on here and they were crispy and cooked perfectly! For $15 I thought this was good deal. Curly fries were good and queso was tasty, would I return yep for sure!

I got the Less Talk sub that had chorizo, pork, yucca fries etc. This sandwich was massive! The pork was to die for. It reminded me of the pork sub I got in Reading Terminal in Philly minus the broccoli Rabe. It tasted like a good porketta. The bread was soft and just a pillow of deliciousness.

Wow!! This place! Beyond exceeded my expectations! Service was spectacular and so friendly! Restaurant was big enough with a lot of tables and very clean! And the sandwich... I mean.. it was just amazingly delicious! The one I got had crispy and cooked to perfection chicken cutlets with pepperoni/provolone/roasted red peppers/balsamic vinegar and shredded lettuce with a garlic aioli! The bread roll was so soft and tasty! I so wanted to eat the whole thing but after half of it-i was so full! My husband ate the other half and was convinced from the flavors to come with me next time! I can't wait to go back and try it again!! Soo good!

Queue Guy in 3...2...1...You know I always say "if it's funky, we'll find it"!So we're near Jacksonville Beach enjoying the surf and sand when we get hungry, and not just for anything but hey...How about a sandwich? And not just any old sandwich. I'm looking for a creative sando hand crafted by a guy who's been in the food business his entire life, made with house made ingredients on a delicious roll made at a local bakery. And how about a side of punk rock vibe!?This...is Lone Wolf.Owner and sandwich meister Brett has assembled a menu of sandwiches that are not only out of the ordinary but delicious.Take the Bark At The Moon, the one I tried.Thin juicy chicken cutlets pounded and breaded by Brett and team on-site, sausage crumbles (yum), hot peppers, lettuce...and get this...chips. Dee-lish. I had to get my fingers out of the way while I was devouring it.Don't go looking for deli meats. Everything is prepared fresh here. The punk rock music is borderline loud which is a good thing because it drowns out all the chewing you'll hear. The bread comes from local icon French Pantry. It's incredible on its own but doesn't upstage the sandwiches.I can't wait for my next trip back to Jax to try more of the Lone Wolf menu.

Great sandwiches. Not a traditional deli sandwich. They specialize in chicken cutlets or farm raised pork and the menu is mostly creative combos of those. Southerners can't seem to ingest enough chicken. Very nice people. I've worked in radio 25 years, was a punk club DJ, owned and worked in many food businesses. If I owned this business, I'd ditch the loud punk rock music and image. It's pretty uninviting to many segments of any potential customer base. Especially church-going southern soccer moms. But, that's me. If this shop was in NYC, yeah. Go for it. But they are limiting their revenue potential here.
