I have been told that there are new owners since I last had food from here and it is sadly very apparent. the food was very disappointing. I won't get into details but when a chinese place doesn't get pork fried rice right nothing that follows will be good. I cannot offer any alternatives but I would advise skipping this place.

What a disappointing experience - should have paid attention to the other low ratings. Gave it a try anyway, regrettably. The fried rice was mushy, rather than fried. The vegetable delight absolutely tasteless. Veggies are smothered in an undefinable brown sauce. Sesame chicken at least had some flavors. Won't go back!

Had horrible service! The kid at the counter was rude, the food was extremely salty, they knocked all of the plastic ware on the floor, acted like they were sorry they had customers. The food was not good. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I live in the neighborhood and would rather drive to Saint Augustine 28 miles away to Hong Kong Cafe.

I have been to Lil Wok a handful of times over the years. Well, I should really say I've had Lil Wok delivered a handful of times over the years as I don't believe I have actually been in the storefront. Our options for dinner at home were looking slim and I had a hankering for some Chinese. After reading Shelley M's review, I was curious to try the shrimp with lobster sauce which was definitely an adventure for me as I rarely order outside a set rotation of dishes. I called and placed my order and was told it should be there in about 35 minutes. That was an extremely fast 35 minutes; probably more like 15.To go along with my order (to meet the minimum) I had an order of the Crab Rangoon. Definitely not the cream cheese filled wontons I'm used to from Chinese delivery places. These little flowers of hot filled gooey goodness had a nice balance of crab flavor in their filling; wasn't regretting that order at all. The shrimp were huge & plump & pink. There was plenty of leftover sauce to mix my rice into for a nice side dish. While we typically don't order from here, with my husband's new schedule, we'll have to keep this place in mind going forward.

I've got to say from most of the reviews that I have read here had kinda scared me from ordering here but I gave them a chance bc they are convenient to me. I have ordered delivery and takeout a few times and found they have been consistent and pretty good. You get a lot of food! Keep up the good work!

Save your money. Has anyone ever had dry lo mein? Add on a tiny egg roll, average tasting Rangoon and beef sticks to round out that disappointing experience.

Will give benefit of the doubt with 2 stars.The food tasted burned. I called and they said they would be out with fresh replacement. Then lady called back and said the drivers are busy and I should call back another day and I will "get a discount." No answer as to what that discount will be. It should be a free replacement. We will see and I will keep you informed. See my pic.UPDATE: I never went back. It was just too vile the first time. Changed rating to one star.

I am on a work trip and decided to stop by before I head out on the road. For one they did NOT give me my whole order and for the items I did receive I ask to make sure nothing is spicy because my husband is not allowed to have because his throat WILL CLOSE! He order PLAIN bourbon chicken and it had peppers onions, never seen any clear bourbon glaze chicken before plus it had peppers flakes. They asked for us to bring back the food that we received in order for them to fix or order. That wasn't a problem, even tho when we did return it was three hours later. We decided that we wouldn't not like anything in return besides our money back for the meals. There is no sign posted that they do NOT issue refunds back nor on your receipt. Highly do NOT recommend this place. Customer service is horrible, manger was so concerned about Covid-19 but took back food that may or may not be contaminated. It just makes me wonder if they ever reuse the items that were messed up for other peoples orders.. buuut your so concerned about covid-19 huuuh !
