Large bucket of balls, $7.50. Problem is a large bucket is typically 120 balls. This thing had maybe 50ish. Range was ok. Grass was a bit long.

I called this morning to play golf with a fellow active duty Marine and our sons, 9 and 10 years old. Chip (Pro Shop) said it was wide open. Sounds great so we show up and wait 27 minutes to tee off because other people also showed up to play. Our tee time was 1018, no biggie, we go the practice area. We finally tee off and play ready golf. Playing best ball goes smoothly and I know that playing with new golfers is tough but we never held anyone up. We let a twosome ahead of us and a single golfer playing with his little girl (she was just riding with him). We also let another couple play through where the lady was just riding (one set of clubs loaded on cart). The problem started on the 6th hole when Barry (Marshall on duty) starts lecturing me about how 9 holes of golf is supposed to take 2 hours and 10 minutes. I politely stated the facts of the day and how I called ahead and was told it was wide open and we are playing with a new player and a children. He was extremely rude and later when I went to the restaurant, he continued to focus on the fact that we were taking too long to play. I was focused on the fact that we never held anyone up EVER, and of course when you let three waves play through, you're going to be out there longer. This is where this review comes to be. Barry (said he is the owner's next door neighbor) starts pointing his finger in my face and now really lecturing me about the 2 hours and 10 minutes. Now we were playing best ball so I know we were quick. We took plenty of balls and spent ZERO minutes looking for a ball. All the time was spent on kids swinging and taking practice swings. I taught them the etiquette and really tried to show them appreciation or this great game. But we NEVER held anyone up longer than 2 minutes and it was only the first twosome. This is an establishment that has a great restaurant and a great staff. I suppose that the worst part of our day being ruined is that our kids will prefer playing video games than to go back out on the golf course. I will not be returning even though I live in Fiddler's Cove and this is the most convenient place to play.

Nice golf course. Great people running in. Very nice layout. Will play again. Bar and food very good. Nice area outside bar to eat. Too many locals on the course in their own carts obstructing play. The course needs better management of that situation

Very congenital staff, good carts and pleasant fun to play layout. Part of the course is scenic. Right now the condition of the course is fine. The course is well maintained and driving and practice are near a very nice clubhouse. Could have asked for more at a very reasonable Green's fee.

Hidden gem. Great condition. Nice views. Inexpensive. Friendly staff. Only issue was greens in transition, but still great experience. Recommended.

The golf course is in a poor state. The greens are pockmarked with damage and the grass isn't consistent. Additionally, the bunkers are pretty much clay, the edges aren't defined, and they look like they've never been raked. My group liked the layout of the holes, but the greens and bunkers left a lot to be desired.
