13.99 for chicken rice and plantains? that even a good amount of food, very conservative portions. yikes. I'm surprised this place is still open at these prices, I can get a massive portion $5 at pollo tropical. Take a look at the portion size for pretty much $15 after tax. And the food wasn't anything special as far as taste goes. Would have definitely rather got chik fil a down the road, or anything else at this price gouging level. After eating: chicken dry, no flavor - rice and plantains were good (but that's hard to mess up anywhere) At best this meal was worth $7-8. Won't be going here again.

Knowing the Cuban food served in Miami this place can fool you. It's outstanding. Selection being offered is as authentic as they come. The service staff is outstanding ensuring that you are comfortable and serviced immediately. The restaurant decor reflects the Cuban culture in many way, from the old sugar cane fields to the recent and if you like a Domino table is available. . Highly recommend.

Had lunch there today. I loved they have a coke in the bottle. I had a chicken empanada that was very good. I tried the Cuban beef stew omg tasty. The yellow rice and black beans were both very good. I'll be back

Stopped in for a quick lunch. That was an excellent decision. Both my wife and us enjoy Cuban food. Here you can order off the menu or choose your food from a steam table up front. We chose braised Cuban pork, black beans and yellow rice. The plantains, roast chicken and white rice looked good as well. The pork was succulent and the rice and beans were excellent. The owners were pleasant and welcoming and the the decor was interesting with beautiful murals created by a friend of the owner. The portions were huge and filling and the flan desert was rated as outstanding by my lovely esposa. "I learned to make flan in Veracruz but this was the best I've eaten."she commented. When visiting Palm Coast and craving great Cuban food try this place!!!

They don't serve rabo encendido so 5-stars is out of the question. The food was very good and tasty but not as good as Miami Cuban restaurants. The service was awesome and the people working were very friendly. Cafe con leche was again very good but not the best. Batido maracuya was awesome. Everyone in my group enjoyed their meals.

Can't comment on the food because the service was so bad that I walked out before ordering anything.Stop by at this place for breakfast. Had two separate people come in after me; they place their orders while I'm standing at the counter like a schmuck, still waiting to place my order. When you're treated so shabbily before you can even order a meal, how competently do you think that food is gonna be prepared?I did not wait to find out.

Nice dining area. Comfortable. Asked for Diet Coke. A plastic bottle of Diet Coke delivered with no cup, ice or straw. Hubs got a beer. Again. Bottle delivered. No mug. Never asked if we wanted anything else. I had to get my own straw at the bar across the room.Another person came to table and we had to ask for a cup with ice - she asked if he wanted a frosty mug for his beer. Well at least that was a little better. Place was dead. We were the only patrons. Guy in back eating was probably owner. Didn't seem to care about anything. Portion sizes adequate. Cuban sandwich was not good. The bread was ok, but hardly any mustard, and only 1 pickle. Slab of ham and burned ground pork. Like breakfast sausage ground pork. Burned. And crumbled. Hubs dinner came with black beans and rice. Very small scoop of rice and black beans were Luke warm. Had to ask for napkins. I never received eating utensils. I guess they figure you don't need utensils for a sandwich except this one had burned ground pork falling out all over. Previous reviews regarding lack of care are spot on. They just don't care.

We love Latino Market Restaurant and Bakery. The restaurant is clean and inviting, and the food is *chef's kiss* good! This will be our go-to when we don't feel like cooking and still want a taste of home. By the way, the service there is friendly, solicitous, absolutely great.
