So we're from CA and we were visiting JAX for the week with my in-laws to celebrate my son's birthday. Finding Filipino food in JAX is always difficult for me especially catering. Came across this place based on YELP/IG reviews. Great response time since we placed an order 2 days before the event. My husband got to meet Edwin and Sophia and said they were very nice and had good customer service. Food was delicious. We ordered 100 pieces of lumpia and a tray of pancit. I was happy that it was bihon/canton together. I wanted to order it with pork or shrimp but my husband's family prefers chicken. Price was reasonable, favors were good. They even gave us 4 slices of ube cake. That was a sweet treat! Thank you LASA for coming through with the food. Highly recommend! We will definitely contact you guys again when we are in town.

We truly appreciate and enjoy whenever Edwin and Sophia are able to make it down to our area off Racetrack Road and US-1/Phillips Highway close to the Pavilion at Durbin Park. Truly the nicest folks always making us feel welcomed and serving some of the very best Filipino Food in Jax, providing generous portions at a very reasonable price compared not only to other Food Trucks but also competing Restaurants !!!If you want to sample a little bit of everything, I Highly Recommend their "Lasa Ultimate Plate" which includes their tender, juicy, well marbled Pork Belly, Pork BBQ Sticks, Pork Sisig with Steamed Rice, Pancit and Mini Lumpia.I personally can't get enough of that tender, juicy, well marbled Pork Belly and usually end up ordering at least two entrees of their Pork Belly combo with either the Steamed Rice or Pancit with the Mini Lumpia (and I also request extra "Edwin's Special BBQ Sauce" on the side)...sometimes coming back for another entree for later if I have time before they leave LOL !!!We also enjoy the desserts and I lean towards their delectable creamy Flan (ordering at least two when available) in addition to their tasty Ube Cake.Follow them on Facebook and Instagram for their weekly schedule to get an opportunity to experience great Hospitality and DELICIOUS Food !!!

I have hunted them down for their food. First of all the customer service is A1. Secondly they reopened so i could eat. Third, their food is so fresh and flavorful. The pork sisig is my favorite of all. I literally crave for it. I appreciate finding such authentic Filipino food here in jacksonville. I will continue to hunt them down to fix my cravings. Thank you for all you do!

Lasa truck was in my area so I tried it last night. Food was amazing. I ate every bite (pork belly with pancit and mini lumpia). I didn't think the price was unreasonable. Just under $20 for one. That said, the wait was terribly long. I did not get my food for 40 minutes after I paid. Standing around in a parking lot with gnats flying around you. Seems like they had one cook and were only doing one order at a time. I would definitely love to have their food again but I would ask myself before going again if I was willing to wait that long.
