Escaping to China were colors and lit lanterns with massive model displays take over the whole area. The displays range from castles, mermaids, flowers, dragons and much more.Located right behind the Moroccan shrine center on St. John's Bluff. The entrance fee is a bit of 20.00 per person. The lanterns were everywhere. The entrance had a huge display followed by the huge and long movable dragon. The lighting lit up the night sky. The pamphlet they give you shows you a walk through tour of all the lighting displays. When you walkthrough the entrance you will Also tents set up with different crafts from finger hand paintings to art glass and necklace charms. The neat thing is that you hVe the craftsman making the art in front of you. There is also an acrobatic show included. These acrobats have started their skill since age 4. You will be blown how talented, strong, flexible and balanced they are. The youngest boy of 14 will amaze you with his head trick. Beautiful and amazing at the same time.I could go on and on about the lighting. The displays of the African animal kingdom, the pandas, the whales mouth and so much more. Definitely check this out. It's one of those hidden gems!

This family event is really for families with younger children I think. Lots a activities for smaller children. The lighted lanterns are beautiful but of course only visible at night. The entire event is held outdoors.

This is absolutely the biggest ghetto form.of money rip off I have ever attended! Do not let the pictures fool you. Absolutely horrible. The Forbidden Maze is literally a blow up 5 minute waste of your time. The Lanterns have the potential to be ok, but instead are over used and pieced together with tape. There was a shark that you could walk thru and the backside had been glued back together so many times that you could see how it had been repaired. The area around the lanterns had not be mowed. This may sound nitpicky, but when it obscured what we were there to see it became a problem. The tents had no ventilation and were extremely hot. A food court Ha, one area with a few options. A cotton candy machine that's small and rented for a child's birthday party. Save your money!
