Great variety of food and snacks! The service was awesome too. Very clean ambiance as well.

This is a small Turkish grocer. Honestly, I wish the selection was larger than what they carry but overall they're pretty good. The space is small but stocked to the roof so it can be a bit hard to find things (I found the sour cherry syrup squirreled away on a lower shelf in example). There is a glass case and small window in the back where a man makes gyros and perhaps other hot dishes and from the glass case they sell baklava but what I bought was not very good at all--dripping wet with honey and soggy like it had been there too long. But I hear the gyros are perhaps the best around--I didn't try any though. The people who work here are very nice and friendly. Look or ask if you cannot find something: they may have it but maybe you're just not seeing it.

Delicious gyro sandwich with the works. I also got several items to make food at home during the pandemic shut down. They had green almonds which are a spring seasonal treat. This was one of the last grocery stores I went to before social distancing. Nice guys who had to shut down, hopefully only temporarily. It is a nice, clean little Middle Eastern (Turkish, specifically, I think) market.

We came by since we were on a imported food run. This is a small shop with items shelved high. I found some Rose Turkish Delights, Turkish soft cheese(cheese/ yogurt), Armenian sausage and in the kitchen we found what we thought was Knafeh. It turned out to be more of a baklava type dessert but still tasty. I was also overcharged here as well. The Turkish Delights was price marked at $4 on both the front of the package as well as across the UPC code. However, it rang up at $6.99 on the receipt. My husband paid and again, I didn't notice until we were already down Baymeadows heading home. It's a nice small shop with plenty to find. Next time I will certainly try a Gyro!

Absolutely the best gyro I've ever had in my entire life. I get it made with a little bit of cheese, pickle, hot sauce, and jalapeno. Nothing has ever come close to this. I take people here when they visit from out of town. The market is great as well. Lots of yummy treats.

I wanted give this place 3 stars simply for poor customer service. HOWEVER, that being said. Their gyros are the freaking bomb and they always have every middle eastern spice I need. I would go there just to grab a gyro sandwich, to be honest. It takes a bit of time to make it, but it's so worth it. That being said, their customer service isn't the greatest. If you find something there with a price on it, disregard it entirely because they will likely charge you something different, calling the ticketed price a "mistake" lol.

Kourosh Market is by far my favorite Middle Eastern market. Don't let the size of the store fool you. They have such a wide variety of products at every price point. Their fresh breads are to die for!! Oh my god the full package never makes it home!! They have spices, spice mixtures, nuts, dried fruits, syrups, condiments and so much more. They also have fresh cheeses, milk, yogurt and other refrigerated items. The gyros are awesome. One of the best in Jax, easily and they are very affordable. They have gone up in price over the last 4 years but are still a great deal!! They have a variety of toppings and you can call in ahead of time. However I like wandering while I wait. The two guys who are always in the store are very helpful and are able to answer questions in such a nice manner. The store looks like it could be a mess but really they just have a lot of product in a small space. Everything is well organized and easy to find. Anytime I need inspiration for s meal, I can hear in and find something which catches my eye. Give this market a shot and you will not be disappointed.

Definitely the best Persian market in town. You can find anything you want here. If you need fresh fruit, fresh bread, Persian stuff this place has it all

Terrible experience. Ordered food, was told order would be ready in 25 mins. Showed up after 35 mins and food was not ready. The 2 men working in the store were just rude and disrespectful.Finally got my food one hour after I ordered it!Also the rude man preparing the food was not wearing a mask. Terrible customer service.
