Jessica is fantastic. My son isn't the biggest fan of haircuts, but she was so kind and fun to talk to, so he was at ease the entire time. She did a great job with his hair! He loved the fun colors.

If you need a haircut for your baby/toddler these ladies are incredible! I knew it would be an "ordeal" for my 1.5 year old because she has reached the point where she freaks out at the Pediatricians office with even minor testing. However, she desperately needed a hair cut but child freak out + scissors close to a child's eye = bad idea. A girlfriend recommended Klips & Giggles and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! These guys are GREAT! I made the appointment online easily and there was no wait when we arrived (Thursday morning.) The interior is COLORFUL and full of fun toys for kids to entertain themselves and to be set at ease that this is NOT a Dr.'s office. Our hairdresser Natalia asked what favorite show my daughter loved to watch and then let us choose among the fun seat choices to sit down at. There was a pink Cadillac, a airplane with a propeller, and other fun cars and a train seats. My daughter didn't do so well in those so we ended up having her sit in my lap. Elmo was on TV and every time she got squeamish with the brush to her head that *wasn't* Mama, she was quickly distracted by bubbles. The process was slow going and not working until one of the ladies brought out THE LOLLIPOP! It was the magic solution!!! She was fixated sucking away at the sweet treat while Natalia worked *her* magic. My daughter was finally still and by the time the hairdresser worked on her bangs, my baby was soothed and not bothered by the experience at ALL. The staff is so WONDERFUL with kids! My daughter got the royal treatment with Elmo, lollipops and looked SO cute with her new hair style! She had two cute pigtails with hair clips and glitter spray and looked like a little doll afterwards. "Baby's First Hair Cut" was only $15 and included a certificate and a lock of her hair. So sweet. It's a drive to get there, Fleming Island, but Klips & Giggles is WORTH IT!

I took my 2 year old daughter here on 10/16 for her first salon haircut. The staff was amazing! They went all out! They allowed my daughter to pick a movie, from their DVD library, to watch during the cut and they gave her bubbles to play with to pass the time. Our stylist, Kim, was patient and kind. After the cut...the stylist gave my daughter a cute little braid with a butterfly clip, a spray of strawberry perfume, glitter hairspray, and applied glitter nail polish. I was so impressed and my child absolutely LOVED IT. She cried when we had to leave...lol. We were also given a "First Hair Cut" certificate, along with a lock of her hair. We'll definitely be going back for all future cuts!

So happy we discovered Klips & Giggles! This is THE place to bring your child for a haircut! We visited recently for the first time, and I can't see bringing my daughter to any other salon to get her hair done. I reserved an appointment online with Michelle - I chose Michelle based off her bio on the website. We arrived extra early for the appointment because I wasn't sure how my daughter would react (she has some sensory issues). Michelle greeted us and immediately helped us out. My daughter got to pick whatever chair she wanted to sit in (she chose the fire truck), and Michelle asked what cartoon she'd like to watch. Each station has a fun chair and a TV/DVD player. The salon has a great collection of DVDs to satisfy whatever your kiddo may like. Michelle talked to my daughter about what she was going to do, and Michelle listened to exactly what I asked for for the haircut (my daughter is 3). From the moment the haircut started until the end when Michelle sprinkled glitter into my girl's hair (Michelle asked first before she did that - loved that!), my girl had a great time! She got a lollipop and watched her cartoon while Michelle was quick to work. Michelle was patient and professional. Michelle even put a braid in my girl's hair and added some fun butterfly clips, plus the glitter, and there was not a single tear shed from my daughter.With tip, I paid $20. Super affordable for the experience! There was the option to paint my daughter's nails, but I declined that. The website for Kilps & Giggles explains exactly what you can expect when you visit, and again, I love that you can reserve an appointment online (I received an e-mail and text message reminder, too). I'm already looking forward to the next time we visit. Highly, highly recommend!

This place is fantastic! Traci was wonderful with our son for his first big boy haircut. Full of toys to keep the kids entertained if you need to wait. We had an appointment and were seen right away. And my sons hair looks great!! Highly recommended.

Took our son here for his first haircut. We received a certificate with a few locks of baby curls. He was happy, we were happy. The dollhouse in the waiting room is pretty big. It kept our five year old entertained during our visit (without any complaints) overall great experience. We will return!

Love this place! The stylists are super friendly. Michelle was who cut our sons hair and we were always happy with the results. Now that she's no longer working here Rebecca has been doing my sons cuts and she's amazing!

Staff is incredibly rude. They really aren't very accommodating, and in fact, can be condescending. I'd go into this expecting to be treated like a number in a deli line. I'd recommend Sharkey's right down the road.

Horrible place wouldn't recommend it to anybody. None of the employees are informed or capable of contacting or answering any questions or concerns . horrible accommodation , horrible customer service no way to contact owner!!! No manager at all so it's all just employees running around aimlessly with no answers to anything or any information !!!! no way to contact anybody would not recommend. There's so many better places out there with employees that are informed and accommodating . Call to make my sons appointment !!!!appointment was at 4 PM I showed up at 4:06 and they told me they cannot cut my sons hair I said all right why is that he said well you only have a five minute grace. I go that was not discussed to me on the phone that I need to be early because traffic lights you don't know what's gonna happen in five minutes or walking from my car or not finding parking. When I asked to speak with the owner manager anything they said they don't have a manager the owner is not able to be contacted they can't give out anything. there's no way to contact the owner or anything they're privately owned and that is their policy while I'm standing in an empty store with not one single kid getting their haircut but they can't cut my sons hair because I am technically two minute late ! two fucking minutes passes time !!!!!!! Horrible accommodations nobody seems to be informed if you have kids because it's a kids hair cutting place five minutes is bullshit

I took my daughter Brynleigh for her haircut this morning. She had Jessica. I was absolutely pleased with Jessica's amazing technique. My daughter had an unpleasant experience at another children's salon so I was nervous to let anyone touch her hair again. My nerves are no longer there and I will be requesting Miss Jessica again for all other future hair appointments.
