KidsPark - Jacksonville

Awesome drop-in care during non school hours! They get over booked Mon- Friday from 9-5pm. But the hours after and weekends it's great care for a busy parent to get a few things done.

Warning! Mrs Jay is rude, unprofessional, the quality of care is absent! Children don't want to be in that place. Your kids will be treated like animals and have little education. Not a good VPK setting. The staff is there just to get their hours in... not there to cherish and help your child to blossom with knowledge and education. The owner does not care knowing that the teachers are incapable of delivering the education your precious child needs. Kids are yelled at and talked down to. My child would not be coming to Kids Park.

I use KidsPark all the time and drop off my kids. The rates are reasonable and come in handy when school is out. A great option for working parents or anyone that needs a break. The owners are really nice. Everything is priced upfront with no surprises. I like how open the space is and the staff have really gotten to know my kids. They are very open and responsive when there are issues. Love this place.

I know I rated Kids by the Hour as well but now that I have found this jewel of a place, that I must rate also because I absolutely LOVE, LUV, this place! I truly wish I would have found this place first but since I'm not always on the lookout for day care places or schools, I had no idea this place was so close to home. I have been driving all the way to Beach & Hodges then to downtown from Southside Blvd to drop off my granddaughter when Kids Park has been right here under my nose all along! I had no idea child care by the hour was so popular in this area. Kids Park has an open floor plan concept which makes it feel less crowded and cleaner. The sign-in process is creative...I love it! And the way Kids Park is set up it's so organized. The staff is awesome and I truly believe they love these children. Today while picking up my granddaughter, I walked in on her "getting into trouble". They didn't know I was standing there so I was able to watch the whole interaction. MY little one used her hands for other than clapping or praying (she hit someone). She's 2-1/2 so it wasn't much of a hit BUT STILL.... My little one was definitely in the wrong and the staff person (maybe the manager of the place), handled it beautifully! I probably would have been a little more stern but that's why I don't work here. Lol. The staff explained to her what hands are used for. It was so educational I was standing there learning something myself. Lastly, the most amazing part is that they have monthly prizes or coupons so you can get a break when it comes to paying. AND they are a bit cheaper than Kids by the Hour. AND they are open at 11am when the Jags have a home game on Sunday's AND they are located off Southside Blvd which is 2 minutes from my house AND en route to downtown where I volunteer at Volunteers in Medicine AND Dunkin Donuts is right before the turn to Kids Park! What more can I say but, I found a Jewel !I absolutely love this place and if I could give them more than 5 Stars I would!

Things have much improved at this facility. I still try not go go on school holidays or over the summer because I am afraid it will be too crowded with older kids, but things have been MUCH calmer in our visits since.

Based on my experience so far with day care for my 8 year old daughter with ASD , i find this place a very nice, friendly and caring center. Apart from the obvious fact that it's one of the only places which is open after usual business hours and that helps me it boasts of excellent caregivers too..My kudos to the team who manage the place and care for kids. Good job and keep it up!

Great school and staff. My son has been enrolled since November 2022 and he loves it.

My husband and I were nervous about using backup care while traveling. However, having an infant and working remote meant our high energy 3 year-old, who attends school daily in our home state, would've been confined to increased screen time and less child-focused play/activity. Insert Kidspark Jax!! After meeting the staff, we felt comfortable leaving our son here for four days. Registration was simple and the staff greeted our boy by name daily! Each morning after his first day, our son asked to go back to play. He even came home with crafts and new words learned during their daily circle time. We definitely recommend Kidspark, especially for their awesome drop-in service!

My great grandson attends here and he loves the daycare everyone is very caring. He is excited to go every day. The daycare is very clean and they have a very efficient system.

the most dangerous daycare in jacksonville, i left my 4 year old daughter for 3 hours i found her crying she told me 1000 times the reception guys hit her on her hand 4 times it was her first day and now a week in each time she wake up on the morning and told me the same thing when we go to ask the women what happens she told it's not a reception guys but it's the owners ...that's crazy ... be careful it's a psychopath kidspark ... while waiting for my lawyer I will file a complaint and police report.
