This is our first time at a Brewery in Jacksonville. We did a lot of research, because I'm really picky about my beer. Tracy was our waitress this evening. She greeted us with lots of energy and a smile. She was very patent with us. The beer menu is massive, and the food options are amazing! It was a little confusing, guess 1/2 of the menu is for the 1st floor and the other 1/2 for downstairs ( I'm glad mine was on my level)The food came out really fast. We loved the Nachos with the queso cheese, they have an option of beer cheese, I had no idea what beer cheese is. I asked if we could do half and half, she thought about it, and with a laugh said no. We cracked up. We also got the fried pickles, they were good, but almost too salty, but it does state that on the menu. So, try it at your own risk.Over all I think this will be my go-to pub, they had at least 6 beer options for my picky taste buds. And lots of food options.

Came in last night after a show around 11:30 and were sat immediately. Brandon was our server and he did an amazing job. The food was great and we were out in less than 30 minutes. I know they've gotten complaints about service being slow in the past, but for the last few years it has been great.

Went to Kickbacks Gastropub as it was the only thing open. This was my first time here and the food was just ok. My potato skins were super cold and tasted a bit raw in the middle. I would definitely give them another chance as it was late and I know a lot of people really like this place. The service was great though!

It's been a while since we ate here and the food is still good. We had grilled teriyaki wings, shrimp dip and the cheesesteak. The flavor of the wings was tasty and the chicken was not dried out. Only issue was when I bit into a drum it was pink and not fully cooked therefore the 3 stars. The shrimp dip was tasty and had the right amount of seasoning. The cheesesteak was huge and the beer cheese was excellent on it.

Not going to lie..... I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. The food was ok. My date n I had wings they were ok. 3/5.. my friend got the queso and sent it back. If your a member of the LGBTQ community come n have a drink but get food from elsewhere. The service was alright. A little forgetful but I'll blame that on the loud music.

Had an amazing time here. The food was delicious the drinks were good and strong and the staff was informative and pleasant. Every single face had a smile on it. We ordered four meals to go. It took at least 1.5 hours for the food to be given to us. We started on our way home only to realize the server/host never gave the change from our order. One of the pasta meals was cold and unsavory, the meat was over cooked. When we returned to the store to retrieve the change from the order, we let the manager know that we were not pleased with the meal. We were told that all the meals were prepared at the same time and that there was nothing that could be done- no refund and no replacement meal. This by far was unacceptable in my eyes. No one tried to provide a remedy for this situation.

decided to dine at this restaurant because it was open, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The food was lackluster--lacking flavor and freshness--and definitely not worth the wait. Speaking of which, the wait time was far too long, especially considering the restaurant wasn't very busy.The host was polite and welcoming, but the rest of the staff were rude and inattentive, which added to the unpleasant experience. I had hoped for better, but this visit fell short in every way. I won't be returning, as there are plenty of other places that offer better food and service.
