Love this place! Large menu of burgers, pizzas, sandwiches, and bakery items. I got the Duuval burger today which was huge and delicious. My wife got the black bean burger which she also liked. They have a variety of sauces, all of which were yummy. The people who work there are always super nice and helpful. Prices are a real value as well. Only downside is the short hours and the location is kind of hard to find unless you know what you are looking for. Hopefully they will expand to some new locations because the food and service is always on point!

Really miss their location in Mandarin. Was finally in the area and stopped to grab some lunch to go. Address took me to the Wounded Warrior Project campus and they are located in the middle building. For those who work on this campus, lucky them as they got a great spot for lunch when Jumpin' Jax moved in - and it's walking distance for those in the office. The menu hasn't changed and neither has the food quality. Pretty big interior and was set up to be quite welcoming.

I ordered delivery from them and I while my order stated fries I didn't receive any. The receipt on the bag didn't even say fries. At least my burger was right. I got the "Air Thang" Burger (house-seasoned beef patty burger, choice of cheese, pecan wood smoked bacon, sauteed mushrooms, honey balsamic grilled onions, hour-made garlic aioli, crinkle cut pickle chips, crispy green leaf lettuce, tomato, jax sauce) with provolone and the patty cooked to medium temperature. The container it came in, while I appreciate that it was recyclable, didn't hold up to the amount of burger juice that run off my food. It bled thorough but luckily it kept my burger safe from spilling out. It tasted great but I just wished I had my fries.

We enjoyed our visit as we missed the restaurant when the Manadrin closed. Food is always amazing. Service was very friendly and it was great to run into Charles again. Atmosphere was casual, clean and open.

I attended a meeting there after their regular business hours and was delighted with my order of the Jumpin Jax Burger - loved that I could choose provolone from among the cheeses offered and had their chips after being told the chips are made fresh in house. Both were wonderful. The last time I was there I had a caesar salad with grilled chicken and remember that it was also very good with the right amount of dressing and the chicken prepared correctly so it was nice and moist. It is a place that I didn't need to put on my sweater which I also appreciated. The manager/owner (?) is a gracious host. I wouldn't hesitate to go there for lunch if I were in the area. It is quieter than most of the other places in that vicinity if you need a place to converse and actually hear your companion.

Went the other day got a burger it was amazing, the surface was amazing they give you a card with a fun saying on it and that's how that find you, the staff is very friendly. I was so impressed after getting my burger and seeing all of their options, by looking online at the menu which their prices are the same as in store that I wanted to go get breakfast the next morning and called up there asking when they stop doing breakfast and found out we would be fine until the lunch rush, we got there at about 11 on a weekday and we were the only two in there when we left. A hidden gem with a great staff. I got a Hashbrown bowl that I was able to modify to my liking and it was amazing I was only able to eat half of it as pictured but I'm glad because I now have some more for later!
