Jersey Mike's Subs

I never have any issues from this location, they are pretty consistent. I ordered from the app, so I could just grab and go. I always get the club, which is a pretty basic sub. I got home took a bite noticed something was missing, they forgot the bacon. It's dark outside so I didn't feel like going back and making them redo the sub. Kind of pissed, like how do you forgot to complete a basic sandwich. I don't really like ordering on app, especially in oakleaf because it's never right. All I would say is make sure to check everything before leaving the restaurant because they will mess up a simple order.

mask are not required in the state of Florida yet we I was told I had to get to go I couldn't eat it there so I sat ate in store. Then it was one ,one strip of bacon one! On my club really. The attitudes of the staff needs to be adjusted. If they not like the job don't take it out on the customer.

Ordered a curbside order. The sandwiches are packed with meat. Our order was ready on time and delivered to our car immediately. Parking is easy and right in front of the store. Highly recommend this store for great sandwiches that don't skimp on the meat.

The sandwiches are always fantastic. Coming from New Jersey, I can always rely on Jersey Mike's to get the sandwich right no matter where I am in the country. This particular Jersey Mike's normally is good, service-wise but this girl tonight was outrageously obnoxious. She was rude to not only myself but the other guests/customers that were in the store. She was almost yelling at us no matter what was ordered. I might take a week off from coming in or if I'm in the parking lot and I see her I won't stop in. She's not the normal person that's been here the bunch of other times I came in. Hopefully she's not here next time. The store was nice and clean. Music was at a normal volume.

Food was good, but got my order wrong the first time. Staff were incredibly rude and rolling their eyes! Wouldn't even write down my hot sub order at first like they're supposed to! I worked at this location many years ago and it's clear that they just don't care anymore about customer service. Going to the Collins location for now on.

Stopped by to pick up Sandwich there was one other person paying for their food when I walked in. I felt as if I was invisible no greeting, no acknowledgment of my presence. One was making 2 sandwiches for orders. She sliced meat and dressed both sandwiches while others stood around watching. Finally after 8 minutes one of the gentleman said to me "have you decided?" no thank you for your weight no hi how are you? Nothing just asking me if I had decided and honestly I knew what I was ordering before I walked in there. Not any of the three of them ever cracked a smile. Not a very welcoming establishment. It doesn't take much to smile or just say hi or welcome or anything. Needless to say, I will not return.

Called 11/30/23 at 5:40-6:00 nobody answered the phone . Called again & again. Nobody answered & put me on hold . When I got inside I called again to see if the phone was gone or something. A lady with a very dry ponytail & a LOVE pin gave me alot of attitude when asking about the phone. If ordering here be mindful of attitude & give them what they gave you! Cook was cool it was just the lady with a dry ponytail at the register.

not only was the food good but staff were great. Beach Blvd in Jacksonville FL. My bf got a giant and it was so big.

I ordered through the app and arrived early my pick up time was 1:47 PM I arrived at 1:34 PM she advised me my order was not ready they had the drink and cookie in the bag. However they had no customers waiting to have food made she told me they had other sandwiches to make in front of mine even though I was there already to pickup.

The worst and last experience! They got my sub order wrong and refused to make it right
