Jenkins Quality Barbecue

The thin end rib sandwich and the chicken sandwich was dried out and hard to chew. The quality of the barbecue has drastically declined over the years and the only reason 1 star is given is for the sweet tea and the bottle of sauce that was bought separate. The service was not pleasant, attitude upon arriving from the server. The ambience is fast food service.

Best bbq chicken you will ever eat! I'm not usually a fan of bbq but I love this place the sauce is delicious and the chicken is so yummy a must try for sure and the cashier was great friendly and the service was quick enough for me to make it back to the office and eat before my break was over

The meat is always good and fresh off the grill and I always buy mild and spicy sauce along with my order good deal for the cost of the sauce and the size a can't miss

This place has the best mustard-based barbecue sauce I have ever tasted. It might even be my favorite barbecue sauce.I don't know what else is in it but mm mmm mmmm, it's sooo good!! It's been smothered on everything I have ordered from here. Ribs, chicken - thighs, wings, drumstick, breast -, beef bun and the pork bun. Mild, Hot, Sweet - all excellent, though I pick Hot most often now. I like it when the heat lingers a little :)The smoked meats are good to very good. Some days are better than others but I have never had a bad experience or order here. The staff is always friendly, quiet but not the uncomfortable kind. Someone wrote - "It was a little hot inside, and could have been a tad cleaner, but when you are experiencing historically good food that really does not matter." - I totally agree and I will continue to come here :)

Get the rib sandwich but do not expect to bite through a McRib lol it's just an excuse to enjoy some real barbecue ribs with a side of bread sopped in the barbecue sauce and it's an amazing life hack to call this a sandwich and not feel like a complete glutton. Delicious !

I see in almost all the reviews that if something isn't right with the order you make them return it. I get that for dine in. You take it back and replace it. But for people in the drive through especially when you live on the other side of town, shouldn't have to drive all the way back and return the food. Maybe take a video/photo when opening the container or something but I seen people saying they drove from Orange park. You want them to drive all the way back?! Refund the money! It's not that serious, you can't take the food back anyways.

Jenkin's have become a hit and miss place to order from. I guess the new generation don't have what the old generation had and they don't care. They don't understand that their customers is what keep them in business.

Food was unreal! Stopped by for lunch and the chicken was great! The mustard based sauce is awesome.

Heard great things about Jenkins so I went to try them out. Unprofessional customer service , meat not very tender. About 2 months later, went to a different location hoping for different experience. No better of an experience and meat just warm. Not sure what's going on here, but the name they have is not speaking for itself. Also, the lines move to slow. Hoping that they will get on track.
