JAX Fish Shrimp and Chicken

The food at this establishment is undeniably good. However, the customer service could use significant improvement. During my visit, I encountered a staff member--a shorter woman with curly hair who appeared to be of Hispanic descent--whose attitude was both unprofessional and disrespectful.We placed our order, which included food and drinks, inside the restaurant. While our food was prepared promptly, we waited approximately 5-6 minutes for our drinks: a large sweet tea and a large Pepsi. When we inquired about the delay, the employee responded dismissively, saying, "I'll make them when I get ready," rather than providing a polite response such as, "One moment, please."I expressed that I needed my drinks prepared immediately as I was ready to leave. She reluctantly complied but did so with visible frustration, whispering under her breath in a way that made the interaction feel unnecessarily tense. This behavior is unacceptable, and I believe management should address such issues to ensure a better customer experience in the future.

I love this food!!!! Service isn't bad but isn't amazing either,their fries are so dang salty thoEdit: I went back and the fries weren't as salty, they have an amazing sauce that's pretty reddish pinkish it's really good, not sure what it's called tho, service didn't change alot tho

Ok let me just start by saying this place is the only "chicken spot" in Jax to serve food till 4am, so if you get the munchies late at night or just got through clubbing..this the spot to go to. Now my very first visit was on 05/31/24 (Friday). I walked in, took about 7 minutes looking at the menu and decided I wanted fried zucchini , chicken and shrimp combo (3 wings/8 shrimp) , with a side of oysters. My total came to $26 if I remember correctly. I kid yall not, the amount of time it took me to decide what I wanted to eat..felt like it was EXACTLY how long it took them to bring me my food. I'm telling you it was so hot and fresh too I opened the box and nothin but smoke comin out the box! Everything was so fresh and seasoned to the T. Now that was my first visit, 06/02 (Sunday) 3:45AM I go back to the spot, my mom had ordered DoorDash earlier and got a lamb gyro. I tasted a bite of the gyro and thought..you know what would probably be good..that Philly cheesesteak with pita bread like the gyro. So what do I do? I go get that! And it was the smoothest transaction ever. They were accommodating to everything I asked for, extra peppers, onions, mushrooms, extra mayo. Plus they're always making good suggestions about different sauces that would go great with my order. That sandwich was fire!! Only $13 tooWith that being said, I wanna give a special shout out to Sammy and James!...Sammy usually takes the orders and James is passing the food out. You can tell they really do care about providing excellent customer service. To management of this establishment, give them a raise and fix that POS System so the people can give electronic tips to the young men working there who go above and beyond.

Broken intercom, super duper slow service with no line. Oil traps and trash area looks horrible from drive through approach. Workers seem a bit stressed. Let's get some management up in here.

Food was fresh and hot! Staff was really nice. At first glance, we were unsure about stopping here, because it looks like a little hole in the wall. However, those are usually the best spots to eat. Will be returning!

In the past this was my go to for tasty chicken and shrimp. However this time I ordered 3 flavored chicken combos . The chicken tasted old. Upon looking at it closer it was discolored. My kids both said the same thing. (See pics attached) I'm disappointed. I did enjoy the mozzarella sticks. They tasted fresh and were perfectly crisp. The fries were soggy and not well seasoned.

I love this place! The food is very tasty and fresh. The service is very professional and calm. The ambiance is very chill and calm too like the service. The interior was also very nice too.

Crispy chicken wings fried hard is my order and they always make them perfectly. Not a long wait even when they're busy.

I attempted to try the number 9 with a side of livers, and the livers were completely overcooked and the gizzards weren't completely cleaned, I mean how would they expect me to eat those! I mean can you believe that, And then the fries were completely overcooked and hard, I wouldn't even feed these to my dog, Even my daughter said this is utterly disgusting and shouldn't be fed to a human.

The food was tasty. It was flavorful but they did not follow instructions on how to prepare the food. I specifically asked for the fried food to be cooked "extra hard" as I know it was being picked up for delivery and wanted to allow for the hot food being in an enclosed container. My instructions were not carried out as asked and my food was delivered extremely soggy, which led to an unpleasant experience.
