Jax Bread Co is a recurring Saturday outing for us - we love the quaint storefront and everybody that we have encountered there has been extremely nice! Yesterday we decided to try out two new items: The Pain Au Chocolat and the Bruschetta Avocado Tartine. Both delicious, but the Tartine was definitely the standout. Prior Standouts have included the Jerk Chicken Sandwich, Pepperoni Pizza, and the Honey Brown Sugar Cream Cheese on an Asiago Bagel.

I "met" Jax Bread and Co via a delivery service about a month ago. Since that day I've made multiple delivery orders and been in-store twice. Had Bread and Co. has cemented its place in my carb-loving heart. I've tried almost every kind of bagel, the focaccia bread, ciabatta roll, cranberry walnut sourdough bread, banana bread pudding, and more. Honestly, I would love to try every single item on their menu!The bagels are the best I've ever had in the 30 years I've lived in Florida. When toasted fresh, they are crunchy/crispy on the exterior, soft and steamy on the inside, and flavorful. They also freeze very, very well!!I had breakfast in the shop for the first time today. Not only is the food incredible but the service is also top-notch! There is a bit of a wait for the food but when it comes out you can tell it is freshly made and soooooooooo worth the wait. I tried the Bruschetta Avocado Tartine. The tomatoes were sweet, the avocado creamy, the toast crunchy and chewy. The balsamic drizzle wasn't overpowering. The Tartine made me do a "happy dance" in my seat. I'm looking forward to making a return trip! The French Toast is about two inches thick covered with whipped cream and goodness. It's calling my name. Can't recommend this place enough!!!!

Boyfriend and I were craving a good bagel sandwich the other morning so while I laid lazily in bed he went to pick up these beauties! I was highly impressed with the quantity of these bagels. Super fresh and the bouncy like texture you want and can often only find up north. I got the bacon, arugula and tomato on an Asiago onion bagel. The bacon was perfectly crispy with a thick juicy tomato and fresh peppery arugula. My bf had the plain bagel with a thick soft scrambled egg to which he added bacon. I will definitely be back

The food here is so fulfilling and yummy. And the service has been welcoming. While the bakery is small, it allows for an intimate feel, which is nice. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the price. We were surprised at the high cost the first time we visited. Yet, it is still good enough to keep going back.

I found Jax Bread online after looking for a bite to eat as I wasn't familiar with the area but, felt confident after reading numerous positive reviews and decided to give them a try! I ordered the Avocado Bruschetta Tartine and it did not disappoint. The ingredients were fresh and the bread was so yummy! The reviews were spot on and I'll definitely have to come back to try another menu item. While, the shop is quaint they did have a nice selection of menu options such as, bagels, numerous crème cheese options, cookies, sandwiches, french toast, coffee, and more. I'm not sure if they change their menu often/seasonally as some of the menu was written in chalk (so that's my own assumption) but I'll definitely have to come back to try their lunch menu or a bagel which many patrons have raved about online.The service was also great! The workers greeted me with a smile and were super kind as well!

Maybe I'm missing out because I didn't try the sandwiches or the pizza. We just stopped in to see if we could find a local spot for bread that beats out the disappointment that Panera has become. For what we got, take-out loaves, it really wasn't that impressive. For about the same price, I can get better at a Publix bakery, with far better variety at the grocery store. I do realize most of the goods at Publix are shipped in frozen from a central location, and it's not truly local or artisinal.Mind you - I really do want to find a good mom-and-pop bakery that isn't all cup cakes and desserts. I want the quaint underdog to beat the big businesses that have squashed them. So I probably will give them another chance. And I'll update you when I do.

My family and I LOVE Jax Bread! We don't get to come out here often due to our schedules. Their food is always a 10 out of 10!!! The staff is sweet and helpful. I like how they now also offer pizza to make at home or served hot on Friday nights. You are able to order online through their website, through Yelp, or in person. When it is just my husband and I, we eat at the bistro tables they have outside, it is so cute.

The bread texture is delightful. I went for the lox bagel and my husband got the sausage and egg bagel.We also got a plain bagel with brown sugar honey cream cheese to share. We both loved the plain bagel it was so good.I enjoyed my lox bagel and the flavor was really good.It is really cozy and small here but it's also just right.They have an option to order online and it does seem like most people pick that option.We enjoyed this spot and would go back.

Since my IG comment was removed I figured I would write on where it counts and can't be removed. I drove 25 minute to try Jax Bread, was super excited to try and the goodies. Bought about $35 worth of items, 3 types of croissants and a loaf of bread. The bread on display was rock hard so the girl brought a loaf from the back which was seemingly softer. The only thing worth purchasing was the raspberry croissant, everything else tasted day old. The bread didn't taste good at all, Publix is actually better and cheaper FRESHLY baked. You're a bread co, bake daily and serve fresh products! Worst plan croissant I've ever had, Costco has better. Don't waste your money. And a word to whom ever delete my comment next time try reaching out to rectify the situation instead of deleting and ignoring. Bad customer service.
