Island Time Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt

Good amazing flavors, cool staff, limited parking. Definitely worth the visit and get yourself some treats here, you won't regret it! Welcoming staff, relax vibes, nice decorations, excellent variety of goodies!

Had a great treat from island time last night. The staff were super nice, fun atmosphere and huge selection of yummy ice cream. Also pleasantly surprised by no weigh soft serve yogurt with tons of toppings. Great place!

We were walking through the historic district of Amelia Island when we found this cute ice cream shop. There were two employees working and they were very helpful and quick with our order. We both ordered ice cream and then he ordered a pumpkin spice latte. They had an ice cream bar with all kinds of toppings, however we are suckers for homemade ice cream so opted for that instead.

Adorable little place! There is another ice cream place with fudge a few doors down, but I think that these girls here were more friendly! They offered samples and were very helpful in suggesting flavors. Their scoops are the largest scoops I have ever seen in my life! I am so thankful that I only got one scoop! They make their cones homemade and the cones even have cinnamon in them! I would choose this place over the other one and would definitely go back once I am in Amelia Island. Omg get the peach ice cream!!!

Variety of selection from ice cream to yogurt. Both were so good. We just ordered. A bunch of different flavors. But I would say my fav would be the coffee ice cream and the caramel pretzel yogurt.

Great chocolate ice cream!! Awesome service. Can get crowded at night. Try the waffle cone. It's fresh and delicious.

I got the Lil Blue Panda in a small cup. It was like a blue cookies and cream. Very good and pretty! The small was perfect and I even shared with my family. It was $5.10 with a tax. Maybe a little pricey but it was good.

The ice cream was amazing and the young ladies working there were so nice. I had the Cookie Monster ice cream and I wish I lived closer so I could get it more often.Since I have a nut allergy I asked if the ice cream had nuts and it didn't. The young lady who waited on me went and got a clean scoop and a new container of the ice cream so there wouldn't be any cross contamination for me. That was so nice of her and greatly appreciated.

So there are a couple of places to get ice cream and frozen yogurt on Centre St., but by far the best is Island Time. Nothing beats the variety of the hard ice creams (all amazing) but the amount of frozen yogurt machines is awesome. They also carry a full variety of sugar free for those with dietary restrictions and there are other dietary considerations which this shop also looks out for such as gluten free etc, and something for the pups also! There is seating inside and outside, and you always seem to strike up a conversation with some other ice cream lover that is getting their sugar fix. During my last visit I met the nicest local couple who invited us to their church and were just very sweet. This is the vibe here, chill and not just the ice cream.The frozen yogurt is weighed out after you get your soft serve and the topping of your choice. I have never added toppings, but it looks like there are tons to choose from on the toppings buffet!The mint chocolate chip is amazing and that dark chocolate with the cherry, I could swim in that daily. Yummyville, come here but leave a little for me.

Excellent softserve and toppings! Love that you can create your own concoction and price included toppings.Layered crushed oreo and strawberry topping on bottom, then layer of coconut/california tang swirl, then layer of chocolate/vanilla swirl, then reeses bits on top. Tasty.Area around machines and toppings was clean.Friendly staff.Enjoyed eating outside in front of the shop.
