Upscale restaurant off the Town Center mall. Pricey but great service. Mixology os top notch and I had the shrimp cocktail as an app and the filet mignon for dinner. Great product for the price point. Service is spot on and attentive. My only beef is the dirty knife. That knocks a star off.If you are in the area you should visit.

To start, everyone was so pleasant and willing to go above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience. When I arrived, a glass of wine was accidentally tipped and broken, the staff was so gracious and healthful. They cleaned up and offered clean rags and club soda to ensure we had no stains in our clothing, followed by another full pour to replace the glass that broke. Staff were so kind it was very impressive. As for my dinner, I had the steak frites, oh my! Super yummy, cooked to perfection, and topped with melted herb butter, complete food coma. I ordered one of the premium wines and they had the sommelier bring it out to me, the wine was delicious and served at the perfect temperature. Overall, the experience was divine, despite of the broken wine glass, can't wait to go back!

Arrived at 6:30 in the 24 th to celebrate an anniversary. While drink order was taken promptly didnt get a drink until 30 mins later. Noticed my drink sat on bar undelivered for 20 mins. Ordered lobster bisque as an appetizer and over all not impressed as it had one small piece of lobster and soup really lacked taste. Order main entrees and steaks arrived hot and tasty. Side dishes were pretty good. Seemed like waitress would disappear for long periods. Overall at $200.00 plus for dinner and only one alcohol drink a very pricey evening.

My husband got a promotion so why not treat him to the best steak in town. He loved over moment here. The restaurant decor was so classy, very beautiful, very demure. We made reservations so we was able to sit down as soon as we arrived. Our server was in school for IT and my husband works with IT so they became best friends lol.We have no complaints. The food was fresh and delicious. Our drinks were strong but tasty. And we actually has someone pay for our dessert which was really nice. Every thing was great. I'm smiling now just thinking our wonderful our experience was .

Husband and I decided to have dinner at III Forks to celebrate our wedding anniversary this year. It was overall a very good dining experience. We ordered a couple of cocktails/wine, an appetizer (due to curiosity), a salad, a shared side, and a couple of ribeyes to try.In summary - The service was great, and this is about the only restaurant I know of in Jacksonville that you can get a dry-aged steak that is more than 50 days. So we'd likely come back when we are craving dry-aged steak (and willing to spend the money for a splurge meal). Some details - We ordered two bone-in ribeyes (1 is the 75 days dry-aged and 1 the USDA prime bone-in ribeye). The dry-aged steak is (as expected) more tender and bolder in flavor, which we were very happy with. The other ribeye was good, but definitely paled in comparison. Both steaks were cooked to the temperature we wanted with a nice sear on the outside and tender on the inside. We ordered the chicken fried lobster appetizer because I was curious. It is very flavorful and a bit heavy (I mean, it's a decadent dish). The side we ordered was the brussel sprouts, which I typically love. However the preparation of this one was way too sweet for us. I am sure it's a preference thing because I think those that enjoy a bit more sweetness in their dish would probably love it. But this is also where the service really shined. The server, upon learning that this dish being too sweet for us, offered to switch it out. We instead tried the sautéed mushroom dish instead, which was delicious. What always stands out to me is for a restaurant to take the opportunity to make a not-so-great situation (which, in this case, is not even a 'fault' but more of a preference thing) and turn it around to make the dining experience even better. Overall, we really enjoyed our dining experience at III Forks and would come back again.

Went here for my husband's birthday dinner surprise. It was very last minute reservation, I called Monday evening and the dinner was for Friday and III Forks did not make it "official" on the reservation until that Thursday evening. It was very nerve racking and my anxiety was kicking in ( and I know it was my fault) but III forks service did an amazing job for accommodating our part of 12. When we first enter I am amazed how the ambiance is so classy and elegant. they have long fireplace behind us and the wine room was so pretty! for our appetizer our group ordered: Caesar salad, scallops, clam chowder soup, french onion soup, onion rings and calamari. My favorite is the scallops, I can eat those everyday! it was cooked to perfection and the jam that they put on it was amazing! For our dinner: steak frites, fillet mignon, seabass, burger, salmon ( i know we ordered more but I couldnt remember what the other party ordered) out of those my favorite was the seabass.. ooommmggggg! it was so fresh and the taste was great! sadly it was not my order lol I ordered the steak frites, it was okay . and then dessert came! oh my!!we ordered creme brulee, bread pudding, cheesecake and the chocolate cake and all of those choices was pretty good! I will definitely go back to this place especially the service they provided was so wonderful and the food and drinks were great!

For such a beautiful restaurant, the food and service were both very lack luster. Our family if 4 arrived at 7:15, but did not get our food until 8:15. My son's steak was way under, he ordered medium 16oz ribeye, my steak frites was an over done and our fries and other sides were cold. Chocolate cake for dessert was very dry. Overall, disappointing especially for the high price.

Came here on Mother's Day for a lovely dinner, the first time for my family. Dee was our server and she did an excellent job!! The service was great, we had 6pm reservations and some items on the menu were not available such as the roasted chicken, sea bass, or the fish special of the day. We were very happy she informed us. The food was delicious and we all had an excellent time. The valet was also an added bonus. We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks so much to the staff at III Forks, it was a wonderful evening!! Please give them a try and ignore the negative reviews from bots and spam.
