The rest room was out of order. Would not even allow you to wash hands. A woman who worked there was yelling in Chinese or some foreign language and that was very annoying. Cashier was unable to answer or comment to simple questions. Food was average. Service was not acceptable. Floor was dirty and had gum on it.

I bought a shrimp and broccoli combo yesterday evening.....the food was so salty and the shrimp had a rotten taste to them. I was not able to swallow it... so I called up there and told them the problem and when I got up there they were trying to make me another combo.....uhmmmm no can I have my money back.....at first she argued about giving it to me but then just charged me for the egg roll since that was the only thing gone. Really if you need a dollar that bad you can have it. I will not be going back there ever.

Always decent food and super fast delivery! We have ordered from them for years! Best Chinese around. Lo Mein is great! I like the General Tso Shrimp, Sweet & Sour Chicken and the Egg Foo Young. My other half likes everything, he's very adventurous and nothing he has ordered as been bad although some things are better than others depending on your taste.

Ordered the Pu Pu platter. Utterly disgusting. I couldn't even make it halfway through the meal before I just throw it away. There was no dipping sauce whatsoever, the crab sticks and pork dumplings were 100% inedible. Don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

I've been coming here since last year &- honestly, I like the food. The employees are nice & friendly & the food has always tasted freshly cooked. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because once about 6mos ago, I had ordered Sweet n Sour Shrimp & they had given me sweet n sour chicken. I had it delivered by Grubhub & when I checked my order, it was wrong. So of course, I called Hot Wok & complained. They offered me a full refund & a freshly cooked Sweet n Sour Shrimp combo platter. One other thing, their prices are a lil high but to me, its worth it because they do give you large portions & their shrimp are freakin huge, lol

First time eating here, I got the fried rice and orange chicken with broccoli and it tasted alright. Then woke up hours later with horrible stomach pain and chills and diarrhea and still suffering, I will NEVER eat here again and warn others not to either.
