Ordered dinner for pickup from this shop located in a strip mall on Argyle Forest Boulevard on Christmas Eve. I called in an order of crab Rangoon, egg rolls, lo mein, two General Tso's chicken dinners (one with fried rice and one with white rice) and one shrimp lo mein dinner. I was told the order would be ready in ten minutes (when I was not there in ten minutes, they called to make sure I was still coming). When I picked up the order, they had everything ready to go and we were able to grab sides like chop sticks and sauces from a small cabinet in the dining area. When we got the food home everything was in order and appeared to be correctly cooked. However, there were not very many shrimp in my wife's shrimp lo mein. Good option for pick up, not sure I would dine in.

Too bad, that this place serves the worst Chinese food in history and they don't care. They have a captive audience of people who have no choices other than hamburgers, worst Mexican and chicken places. Shrimp Lo Mien is not noodles smothered in soy sauce with 3 shrimp and no vegetables. And use skinny lumpia rolls as an Egg/Spring roll. Counter service is good as long as you don't ask questions.

Buyers be aware of these people that own this business. They prepare food that is not cooked all the way. They use two day old food. Went you order shrimp and rice. They do not put enough shrimp in the rice. I have given this business 3 times before officially making this complain. I am done with this business. The food is nasty. All they do is take your money. This has been our second time at Hot Wok and our last. When I went there to place my order I saw the guy up front that runs the front scratching his head around the kitchen. No one had a mask on as they were cooking . Then as I was standing there I saw one of the cooks rubbing his nose. I thought thank God the lady was putting my order together. I'm glad I went in this time to order our food or I would of never of seen this. It's 4:37am I have been up for a few hours with a belly ack and running to the bathroom.

I would give negative stars if possible. Just received a delivery order from them of Shrimp Egg Foo Young and the Gravy is sour/spoiled! I called them to get a refund and was advised that there was nothing that they could do considering that the food had been touched. Exactly how was I supposed to know that the food was bad before tasting it? Save your money and possibly a trip to the hospital! DO NOT EAT HERE! I will be contacting the health department tomorrow!
