This is the first local hot pot and BBQ places that I've been to after having gone to similar-ish spots in California a while back, and I'm happy to discover such a fun place like this in Jacksonville.I went with friends, and we each did the hot pot + BBQ option (although I appreciated that they'd let you do one or the other for a slightly lower cost). Going vegetarian here is a significant savings, which is refreshing since some places will charge the same rate despite meat having much higher costs than veggies. We went on a Friday night and it was packed! The wait was a little longer than we were quoted, but I don't fault them for that as it just means some people stayed longer than anticipated. The restaurant does have signs up about a two-hour limit for dining. The magnetic conveyer belt of noodles and veggies was super fun, although I do wish that there was some kind of guide or key to tell you what's what. Some things are obvious, but a few had us wondering. The meat bar got good feedback from my dining partners for variety, but they did mention a few things were pretty thoroughly frozen still. And I've seen some folks mention that the broths are a bit bland, but I think that's by design considering the breadth of the sauces and condiments available -- I was able to get my broth to a nice spice while the folks I was dining with wanted theirs to be mild. This place definitely makes my list for fun and unique local spots.

Happy we found this place. Located in the Winn Dixie plaza on the end, super easy in and out. Lots of close parking. Love that they are open til 1am. Midnights on Sundays. Customer service is excellent. Great vibes. Very accommodating and friendly. Layout is great. They have tables for 2-6 people. If you have more, they have a private back room.Restaurant in a whole is very clean. We have always had fantastic servers. Ben is beyond amazing. He is very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We always get the hot pot and grill. It's $5 more for the grill and so worth it. We like to grill a lot of our meats and veggies before adding to our hot pot. They keep a bottle of butter by the grill. You also can adjust your hot pot and grill or turn them off when not using. The conveyer belt goes by every table. The conveyor has your noodles and fresh veggies and things like crispy tofu. Food is covered in clear plastic. Very convenient. The meat buffet is really good. The meats are always fresh and look great. They offer seafood, like clams, mussels, shrimp and salmon. The other meats include chicken, beef bulgogi, beef tongue, brisket, lamb and sausages and much more. It's not a huge buffet but the selection and quality are amazing. I never get bored and look forward to it every time. Dessert is simple and small. Fruits, ice cream and small chocolate eclairs balls?! A must for us. Always a great experience!

I got the ayce kbbq($32pp). There was a good variety of meet to choose from beef, chicken, shrimp, salmon, scallops,etc...You make your own sauce. Most of the beef such as the short rib and steak were very chewy(which was quite disappointing). The bulgogi was the only beef that was actually good. Salmon and shrimp were good(just have to season or dip them in a sauce). The grill was a bit weak as it took much longer to cook most of the meats. The inside was pretty cool as they had revolving food plates coming around the table on a magnetic conveyor. Staff was nice. Overall an average kbbq experience, good vibes and decent meat. Food(50%): 7.0Staff/service(25%): 6.6Value(25%): 6.5Overall: 6.8/10

The food was fresh and delicious, the service was great. The atmosphere was busy and a bit loud due to the cafeteria all you can cook to eat bar style serving with personal hibachi table to cook dishes.

Food was good and satisfied my Korean bbq craving! Service was also good and the restaurant is bright and clean. I have been to this location a couple times and will definitely be back! We came in on a Sunday for late lunch, and although they were busy, we only waited 5 minutes to be seated. We were greeted when we got there, our server took the drink orders and we immediately made our way to the self-serve, buffet-style options. There's seafood, various marinated and frozen meats, along with veggies and sides. There could be more veggie and side dish options in my opinion, for the price per person. I would have loved to eat some fresh lettuce or had grilled onions with my meal. But they do have a GREAT sauce station, where you make your own combinations. They even have signs of suggested sauce combos you can try and the measurements for each ingredient. I also love the magnetic conveyor feature that runs throughout the restaurant--makes it easy to grab mushrooms, noodles and other items. For drinks, they have some domestic/imported beers, a small wine selection, sodas, water and tea. We decided on doing both the hot pot and bbq grill. I got the original soup base, which is a clear and pretty bland soup base. I would recommend adding sauces and toppings such as green onion or cilantro to flavor it up. My mom got the tom yum soup base (I got this the last time I was here), and I recommend this if you like a bit of spice. I didn't really go for any seafood this time around, but I had meats and some sides. My favorite was the thin sliced beef brisket, which was a frozen option. It was delicious with the sauces (I tried their recommended sauce combos). The meats were fresh and the marinated versions had a good flavor to them. I also recommend the seaweed, which was fresh and had a great crunch to them. The rice was a little dry and the kimchi was just okay. The service was friendly and our server was super attentive, constantly coming to take empty dishes. They have a nice selection of ice creams for dessert, as well as a few other small desserts and fruit. I will most definitely be back for some hot pot and barbecue here!

What a fun hidden gem! Our group really enjoyed being able to cook and grill meats, veggies, and dumplings right at our table. The staff went above and beyond even helping us create delicious custom sauces to dip everything in. Highly recommend this place!

Food is tasty, service is fantastic and ambience is modern and clean. You can choose between BBQ, hot pot or both. Choose your meats from the bar and bring them back to the table to cook where a conveyer belt rotates endless sides/add-ons to choose from. Everyone in our party left full and satisfied! We plan to return again.
