Hook Fish & Chicken

I ordered the Gizzards, and they were amazing!! The seasoning they add to their food is just the perfect amount! Nice and breaded and delicious! Fries were nice and crispy. The Cat Fish nuggets were also delicious! Definitely will be back

The 10$ wing deal can't beat it , the lemon pepper wings was great and crispy how I like them not gummy ! you have to get the sweet and tangy sauce fire

First off I will say if you are coming here please don't expect anything but great fried food. This place is not a five star dining experience and it does look a little sketchy but don't be fooled the staff know what they are doing in the kitchen. I always come here when it's too late to go anywhere else and I want fresh hot food! They stay open super late and the food is always made to order. I had the double fish this time and also some mozzarella sticks which aren't pictured because they didn't stand a chance once I got them. Overall love this place !

I love this place because you get a hot fresh meal extremely quick thru the drive thru and fish is fresh and my only issue is I drive 40 minutes to get there and back home again. Wish they were closer , lol !!

This is one of my favorite places in Jacksonville! First of all, they're open late! That's already a distinguishing factor in a place like Jax where everything shuts down early. The food is always hot and fresh, tasty, and the portions + prices are super reasonable. I love the wings, the shrimp, and the catfish nuggets.I was taking my dad to the airport as his visit here was wrapping up and we were in a bind for something good, quick, and easy. I decided Hook's would get the job done and he fell in love! He had enough food that he even brought some home to my mom who also loved it. When they both came for a visit a few months later, they insisted Hook's be on the itinerary. I crave this place all the time! Keep it up, y'all've got a loyal fan in me.

I get that some people don't like chicken gizzards...but for those of us that do...this place does them very well and serve large portions at great prices!

Absolutely LOVE it here. Excellent and quick service with delicious comfort food. Fried shrimp and fish meal was more than enough for 3 meals and price was very reasonable. Man taking order was nice and personable as we're cooks who were also friendly. Amazing service, excellent food, great prices!!!

Great food, sketchy place. Service isn't perfect but it's fresh fried food that is open till 3am and is tasty as heck. Fried shrimp and chicken tenders late night is a godsend. I just do drive through.

Not only was the food was JUST okay and the customer service was lackluster, but the place was a mess.Definitely passing on this place in the future.

This place is open late and is Fire every time. They don't miss. I love the deals they have and the cheese cake !!
