I ordered the burrito with ground beef. I wasn't a fan because the meat was very sweet and had raisins in it. The service was great, very friendly.

Last year, we contacted Hollee Mollee Bistro to help us with our annual Christmas Party and the food was top notch as well as the food truck itself. The owners are very helpful, responsible and considerate and the food... oh gosh! People are still talking about the empanadas!! Needless to say, we are hiring them again this year!! The food is fantastic, the flavors are on point and the service is phenomenal!! Thank you!!

Hey guys, it's my first review ever. I went to this taco truck on my lunch break and ordered a chicken taco, one beef and chicken empanada. While the chicken taco is average, a taco you can get anywhere, the empanadas were OTHERWORLDLY!!!! I'll start off with the beef empanada , it was very flavorful but it so greasy, so have a stack of napkins ready. Now the chicken was seasoned very well, the crust was so soft and flaky like grandma's Thanksgiving apple pie. I'm used to the empanadas from other restaurants that are as hard as day old bread , but this one is in a class of its own. If choosing between chicken and beef, Cluck Cluck guys! Hope you enjoy the experience .

This is yet another truck that came put while I was out of town for a few months. Then again it's another latin food but mixed with some tex mex food as well. This is a family run truck with the chef Joy telling me of her 39 years in the kitchen. Hubby chef Michael helping out too. I looked at their menu and decided on their cuban to see how authentic it is. Then I noticed that they offer a deep fried hotdog with cheese and wrapped in a tortilla. I just had too. I'm a sucker for meat in tube form of just about any kind. This one was just that though. A hotdog that was fried hot and then slapped in a tortilla with a bunch of shredded cheeses. Then my cuban was pressed (to me) way too long and hard. Then ribbed bread was very hard and the grooves were really deep. A normal cuban is pressed an heated to a nice crisp. To the cuban the bread is almost as important as the fillings. Their cuban fell a little short on the meat side also. Chef Joy did let me try her picadillo which is a kind of chili but tasted really good with all of the spices and fillings that I liked. I will be back to this truck cause I just want more from them. You should too.

The food is very good. I got the #4 with chicken and I'm making my coworkers jealous of from the smell. They give you a nice portion for the price. If they come back to the town center I will definitely be eating here again. So good!!

AKA Tex Mex meets Cuban Food TruckThis food truck came to our complex for Food Truck Wednesday. Wasn't sure what to expect but very intrigued. We looked them up on line before going. There were only a few reviews and no menu posted. The reviews were positive but less than 10 reviews. So ???The menu board was so tempting...The owner suggested making a plate (pick a menu item or items and make it a plate with rice/Cuban bean stew, and plantains). So, I chose an empanada and a taco added to a plate. My friend chose the cuban sandwich and fries. The taco was delicious as was the empanada. The empanada had a wonderfully flaky and light pastry crust. It was a good meat to bread ratio. The taco (ground beef) was packed with flavor and served on a doubled corn tortilla. The plantains were well cooked and tasty. I have never had the stew before so I have nothing to compare it to.....but it was yummy! The Cuban sandwich was pretty big and not overcooked. There was pulled pork instead of pork slices. I think it made the sandwich tastier and it helped with the moisture level. I only had a small bite of it as my friend loved it and wasn't willing to share more. The french fries were hot (so rare to find HOT french fries from a food truck or a brick and mortar place....) and perfectly seasoned.Give this truck a try. The owners are very friendly and sincerely interested in making their customers happy! See you next time!
