Ho-Ho

Let me start by saying I'm big on customer service, and theirs was horrible. The woman taking my order rushed me and was really rude, for what reason I don't know because there was no one in the restaurant the whole time I was there waiting for my order (15 minutes). I ordered curry shrimp and rice, which literally tasted like they sprinkled the food with curry powder from Walmart and added water (and nothing else). I'm not exaggerating when I say I couldn't even finish 3 bites. It was extremely gritty, and the flavor was so odd. Never tasted anything like it . I'm not going to spend any more time on this review. Just know it was all bad.

This place was recommended to me and actually I've been driving past it for years. When I do Chinese food I keep it simple. I went with the usual Shrimp fried rice and Sweet and Sour chicken. Upon entering the restaurant it was clean and the service welcoming and fast. It didn't take long for my order to come up and I was on my way. I was surprised at the amount of chicken that I was given and the shrimp fried rice was on point. Knowing that Ho-Ho is close to the house I'll make it over there more often.

This review is looooong overdue. I'm at the red-light typing as we speak!Listen, if the food wasn't so good, I wouldn't even waste my gas. My problem, as I stated, isn't the food, but the cashier's attitude every single visit just SUCKS. I'm guessing they put her there, because she speaks the most English, but her demeanor is always as if she's disgusted and would rather be elsewhere. She just takes your money, never says thank you and tosses the receipt up on the counter and stares. There's another instance where she gave me the wrong order. After driving 20 mins back to receive the remade order, I explained the situation to her and she hurried me along in this empty store like I was bothering her. Definitely looking for a replacement.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If you have a problem with the community you're working in...... LEAVE!! Constantly you are greeted either over the phone or in person with an aggressively rude lady. I asked to speak to the owner and I was told no and to leave.. If you're rude for no reason at all how are you when preparing my food? I checked the dates of the previous reviews it seems like a new owners with new negative attitudes. Beware!!!

Started with five stars because I really like the food. But now I'm giving it 1 star on the account of this one ladies attitude my previous two visits. And the shrimp fried rice needs more shrimp. Lol. It does though. This past time she blatantly ignored me. I'm done dealin' baby. Sho gone miss that beef Lo mein .

Hidden gem in the cut. Since we moved to the northside we wanted to find the best Chinese spot this side of town. If you are brave then this place has the best Chinese cuisine. We also get Shrimp Egg rolls, Wonton Soup, House fried rice and house lo mein. They are quick. Just remember to order before you arrive because they usually have a line to the door. Never ate inside but it has Asian flair

The lady at the counter sucks, her attitude sucks, her customer service skills sucks, she sucks period. The wings took 40 minutes and we watched them serve everyone in there and 3 people after us. Got the wings and they were hard as a rock with too much breading and I almost lost a tooth trying to chew them. As long as I had to wait they should have been on point. Won't be coming back there.

Delicious but sadly it's closed hopefully they'll open back up I loved going to this place the had a unique flavor and was cheap

Food is good but customer service is a hell no and she got the nerves to have a tip jar it stay on empty but the jumbo shrimp fried rice is the ishhhhh for real !!!
