Great fried chicken, that's all I get are some fried wings. The lemonade and sweet tea is good also. There may be a bit of a wait but I assure you, your food will burn your mouth and you will still eat it, it's that good.

I've came to this place a few times, only had one negative experience regarding the quality of food but the other times, they haven't failed to satisfy. Service is also a hit or miss, they will definitely often forget your sauces or drinks but overall they aren't too bad and are quick to get whatever you need. Definitely our go-to fast food, will definitely be back in the future.

Pre-ordered 100 PC wings for pickup. The lady that took my order was very polite. I arrived a little early, and the counter staff was super nice. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Looks like they renovated it since the last time I was there. Definitely worth my 45 min drive from GA.

I went to order food for the 3rd time and received terrible customer service,my order was not correct and they didn't have everything in my order right,I called to let them know and they seemed clueless on how to solve customer service matters. I was treated rudely, and there wasn't a manager on duty to solve the matter. I will not be coming back to the restaurant again. The customer service has changed they use to care. My drink was missing and I got nasty attitude for no reason,at one period of time I walked in and I received a form of bullying/ranking the staff that was that was taking order and cooking the food was immature and unprofessional. I ignored it and ordered my food and walked out, but it wasn't professional at all.

i went thru drive thru at 7:00 super bowl night. they were slow getting to window. After ordering,, i waited till 7:45. The girl said they made wings wrong and had to start over. i know they were chit chatting as i could see thru window. Food is usually good but that was terrible service!! There is always a long wait but 45 mins is aweful.

Chicken look like it was cooked in old oil. I Drive to far for me to not be happy about my order. I called to report it to the manager was told she wasn't there and I should bring the order back. I told them it was to far to drive back and the traffic was really bad. Etc

I'm new to Jax and this has become my go-to fast food. Fish and shrimp cooked and seasoned perfectly. The fries are def out the freezer, but still tasty so whatever. I've ordered the chicken wings once before too and although they were very tasty, a little too greasy for me. I like a lighter fry. The seasoning mix is superb tho. The service is pretty slow, so don't go there if you in a rush!
