Hibachi time

Our family loves hibachi time... Awesome food, great prices, and great people!! They provided all the food for our daughter's graduation party and everyone raved about it!

I'd actually give a 10 out of 5 stars to this truck. The cream cheese wantons were the most crisp and fresh I've ever had. The chicken on a stick was flavorful and delicious. EAT AT THIS FOOD TRUCK!!!

The rice was over cooked and the portion size was too small for the price. The chicken was also a small portion size. I would not eat there again nor recommend anyone else. This was a food truck.

I'm not sure where to begin, the customer service or the food, both worthy of 10 stars! I will start with customer service as that is Paramount for any business in my book. You're greeted with an extremely friendly smile by the husband and wife duo who own this truck. They treat all customers because I watched as if they were part of their family. You can tell they are going to be a great success based upon how they treat people.Now let's talk about the food, my only challenge which I expressed is they do not have vegetable eggroll. If that is the worst thing then you KNOW this place is phenomenal! I had the veggie hibachi which was outstanding! The price was extremely reasonable and the portions are humongous! You definitely do not go hungry. The ingredients were fresh the onions crisp the garlic Amount was perfect not overpowering and overall cooked to perfection.They have just earned a customer for life!

I have never felt a bigger sense of relief than when I was turning into my apartment complex and saw Hibachi Time in front of the clubhouse because it meant I didn't have to cook I've never had Hibachi Time before but as I walked up and smelled it, I knew it was going to hit the spot. I was 100% right. Their hibachi is made to order (obviously) and is so fresh. It costs $1 to substitute the rice for noodles, but it is totally worth it! The noodles aren't too greasy, which can be a problem with some hibachi restaurants, especially food trucks. The vegetables are crisp, and they fill your bowl with meat. I would definitely i recommend!

I'm a sucker for a good food truck...especially one that had the whole parking lot smelling sooooo good! I was out doing my weekly fuel run & grocery run when hunger struck! Upon getting out of my truck I let my nose guide me to this absolutely delicious food truck. The service was quick (10-15 min), the choices plentiful, and the taste...REALLY GOOD! I am very happy and my stomach thanks you too! I will definitely grab another dinner plate the next time I see you around town.

The customer service here is good. The guy let us know that there would be a 15 min wait on the wings, so we just walked our dog around while waiting. Food here isn't too bad. I got the hibachi steak, and my fiancé got chicken wings and egg rolls. Now, it is a little pricey ($7 for 5 pcs of chicken wings, $13.99 for a regular sized Tupperware portion of hibachi steak) so be aware. Fiancé also complained that the wings and egg rolls were also overdone, but he's willing to try it again.

Delicious eggrolls, and chicken wings! They came to our apartment complex tonight. I will definitely go there when they come again.

I was eating my steak hibachi & while im eating its hair i randomly feel. The food i put in my mouth had a strand of HAIR longer than my fingers. I went back up there expecting a refund, i asked and being that i ate 1/3 of the bowl before i ate the piece with hair, i couldn't get a refund. They said it would have to be made over, i didn't want another bowl from somewhere that had hair in food. So i had to wait a extra 15 min, L customer service!!

Hibachi was okay. Dumplings were really good and the sauce was fantastic. Steak was a tad overdone but overall not a bad meal.
