Fushimi Grill & Modern Buffet

My childhood consisted of my family and I going to different all you can eat buffets.My favorite was all you can eat Chinese buffets. I was craving unlimited Chinese food and wanted to splurge so I went to Google and found this gem of a restaurant around the corner of my house. My husband took me here in a lunch date and we had a blast and ate so much they had to role us out of this restaurant.My plate was filled with all sorts of delicious of meats like spare rides, teriyaki chicken, bourbon chicken and sweet and sour chicken along with white rice and lo mein. They also had a ton of seafood to choose from.Our waitress was so sweet and attentive! The lunch special on the weekend is $12 for adults and $6 for kids!

Everything was clean, hot, fresh and delicious! Great teamwork by the staff. Great Waitress. They have a Mongolian BBQ station. The won ton soup was top notch. I treated Tammy and Luis here for Christmas. We had a great time here. Pros:fresh hot and flavorful food. Great BOGO deal on hot saki. Great parking. Cons:the sushi looked a little weathered. I did not try it because of the look. Recommend? Hell to the YES! Enjoy!Merry Christmas!

Tried this restaurant for the first and last time tonight. Some food was ok, a large portion of the food was cold and prepared hours earlier and hard or soggy. Prices at $28.75 a person plus the drink makes this a $75.00 dinner for two. Save your money and go some place else.

If you're a seafood lover, Fushimi Grill & modern Buffet is the ultimate dining experience. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a friendly, attentive staff and the tantalizing aroma of fresh seafood. The ambiance is clean, elegant, and welcoming, with a spacious layout that lets you enjoy your meal without feeling crowded.

This is a normal Chinese buffet with very good customer service.I got some sashimi and sushi without getting the end pieces. Before I got it in my plate good, there was someone organizing that which was left behind.

It's been a few years since I've eaten in an Asian buffet. but what better way to celebrate a special birthday than getting a group together and heading to a place like Fushimi Grill & Modern Buffet? I don't usually do buffets much anymore because my stomach isn't as up to being stuffed as much as it used to be. But I have to say I was very impressed overall with Fushimi Grill. It certainly has more buffet options than any buffet (except the Raffles Hotel in Singapore!) I've ever tried. The Sunday buffet included sushi (a wide selection), crab legs, numerous seafood options (including a number of varieties fried), among many other choices - even the dessert choices weren't too bad! This may be strange to say, but the General Tao chicken was my favorite - and I had a lot of wonderfully prepped dishes during my visit. Well, I guess it was a good day for the General! I will say in line with this that the Sunday buffet at the time of this writing runs in the $26 range. I personally think that's more than fair for what this restaurant offers at its buffet. I originally leaned toward giving Fushimi Grill a four star rating, as its overall appearance inside isn't super attractive but one cannot complain about the huge variety of food options here. I quickly changed to five stars when our excellent server, Wendy, went the extra mile to see that Happy Birthday was sung to our special guest for the day - which made the day even more special for her. Wendy used an automated bot of some type that was a music box that both sang "Happy Birthday" and played graphics on the large screen on the wall next to us. I've never seen Happy Birthday done in such a special way at any restaurant I've ever been in! Servers, service, and great food like this made Fushimi Grill a special experience to remember for all four of us who shared food and fun on this day! Visit Fushimi Grill and when you do, bring your stomach ready to do battle with the buffet! Recommend: VERY HIGH

This is a nice sized Asian buffet. I was immediately shocked at the price $30 per person for dinner. It was myself and two sons and I paid over $80. Was it worth it (because that's what matters)? No, the food wasn't worth the price. Most items were fried and all items that I had were very greasy and lukewarm at best. My favorite was the Lo mein. Next time I would opt for PF Changs if I'm cool with spending this much, or my nearest Chinese takeout for my next hankering. There were plenty of options at the Buffett and the best options were the crab-legs, crawfish and sushi if you want to sit, eat and get your money's worth.

I found this on Yelp. It was very good, clean, and had a good selection. They had all you can eat seafood which is hard to find now and for the price it was worth it. I will be back. Service was good too!

One of the worst experiences trying a new restaurant. The place is nice even though it could use some better lighting as it is pretty dark inside. The food was bad to say the least. The only thing that tasted somewhat fresh was the shrimp with peas, all of the other things we tried were terrible and looked like they had been cooked several hours ago. Service is really good and waitresses are always refilling your drinks and clearing the tables. Both my wife and myself felt sick for the rest of the day.

IMO, you kind of know what to expect with these places. I've never been to one I thought was awful, but I've never been to one that's incredible. So nearly all of them I've been to would come in at 3 out of 5 for me.2 things during our visit made it a 4 star visit. One was the service. Everyone we interacted with was very nice to us, along with the other tables around us. The second thing to me as the quality and amount of sashimi that was available.
