Fuji Sushi

Oh dear god where do I start.We were served a RANCID egg roll. The moment it was set on our table we all could smell it. Our friend was brave enough to take a bite, he almost had to leave to puke. Our server was constantly rude, very short, left in the middle of us asking question. Later after not getting any service for a while we were already pretty frustrated. We asked for our bill and admittedly..tipped maybe 12%. As a server I do feel bad tipping low but when the service is rude, not helpful and barely present, I have no choice. We then left the restaurant and were LITERALLY CHASED. We turn around and there is a hysterical screaming lady pissed off that we tipped low. She screams something about the tip and comes at us trying to pin the f-ing check book on our chest. A police officer drove (randomly) and stopped and asked if everything is okay. She got scared and ran back inside. We told the police everything was cool, and that was the end of that. Needless to say I have never gone back and never will.

All you can eat sushi for $20.99?! Count me in! It's pretty decent for the price you pay. I love how it is made to order and not buffet style. You have a little paper and you write your number down, the very efficient servers come by and grab your paper and take it to get made. They are also very fast at taking your dishes off the table when you finish eating. I definitely got my monies worth at this place and I will be coming back.

What a rip!! Don't ever go there if you just want a lil food. He said I could pay per items he said to put the number I wanted. I got a ginger salad, hibachi chicken and veggies with plain fried rice. He put next to salad 3.99 and then drew lines out to the side saying total was 11.99 for all. When I went to pay it was $16 for my small plate of food. My husband order a salad and hibachi chicken and was given the to eat plate of food. When we went to pay it was $12.99 for his. If you are wanting AYCE it's 20.99 or 29.99 for premium. Our son got ayce his favorite thing was the ginger salad. Stay away from the salmon. It was very fishy we have to send it back. Also it says on the menu if you get the ayce and you don't eat it they'll charge you more money per piece you don't it.

Won't return because of horrendously rude staff. I'm over it. The place is in decline. The quality has dropped off as well. Waitresses seem bothered to be there and try to slip extra charges on the bill. I've been going there nearly a decade and they treat us like a chore. The music is blaring Chinese music in a Japanese restaurant on top of the staff screaming across the restaurant in Chinese. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this place really sucks now. Do yourself a favor and go to Rainbow Sushi or Sushi X for AYCE instead!

The first time I was there my one friends first time having sushi we were having a good time laughing,yes we laughed alittle too hard. But they servers keep coming over every 5mins to ask if we were done and if we were ready for the bill. The second time my friends went and the server had her ass in my friends face wouldn't take the plates questioned them why they didn't want the 2 rolls left. Both times they questioned why we didn't tip BECAUSE BAD SERVICE, no not bad just rude and nasty attitudes. They yelled then overcharged us when we left.

Fuji Sushi (Hodges & Targét plaza) after thoughts: quick seating to our booth & don't let the faces of some their employees, it's just their harsh determination in providing efficient service to every table. Accounting for the missed cup of "ice only" I requested was probably my only hiccup at this visit.It's ALL YOU CAN EAT but could go to 2.5 orders since Mom got full too quickly & had to assist in finishing items ordered off her plates. WARNING: each unfinished piece of sushi = 50 cents.Ordered: Edamame, spring rolls, vegetables tempuraSushi roll order: California rolls, JAG roll, Pink Dragon Roll, Rainbow RollSushi order: Yellowtail, Salmon & Escolar (white tuna)Don't expect high quality sushi here but for the value & size of your appetite - it's acceptable for a post-movie in & out spot. Note: they can get "heavy handed in the rice to sashimi ratio" - recommend coming here on empty stomach. I've come & returned here plenty. of 5 (2 of 5) Keep in mind this rating & standards is from someone who's been in stationed in Okinawa, Japan for over 5 total years & have visited mainland Japan as well.

Staff are always so nice and I always leave satisfied (and stuffed with sushi, haha!). My top 3 picks are the dynamite roll, the Green Dragon Roll, and the tuna over California roll. I love this place for many reasons. There's not many all-you can eat sushi places around. I like that the portions are small, so you can try many things and order more of the things you like. They have a vast menu of items, including appetizers like soup and edamame, shumai, etc., as well as hibachi, sushi, and desert items!The staff are always so friendly here. I often eat more than I should here, but it's worth it. The service is fast, and menu options have something for everyone!

Came here last Tuesday after an issue with a different restaurant I wanted to try was out of what I was only able to eat. They seated us right away. I didn't realize it was an all you can eat sushi spot when I got there. The lunch is all you can eat for only $14.95. They have small papers you write the number of the item you want to order and on the table they had placemats for the seats. I quickly filled mine up with what I wanted. I ordered miso soup, ginger salad, salmon and tuna nigiri, as well as a salmon roll, rainbow roll, and some others. The person I went with ordered beef fried rice, miso soup, and their own cooked sushi. I had to help them finish their miso since they didn't like it as well as one piece of their roll. They charge 50¢ a piece for unfinished food, so we made sure to eat everything. They were quick to bring everything out. I used the yum yum sauce for mine. I would definitely come here again for the price. The only thing I would add is yellowtail to the menu.

I highly recommend this place!My fiance and I came for a spontaneous date after work, and my expectations were easily met!For $20.99 per person, it's an all you can eat restaurant! $27.99 if you want more premium food, but the $20.99 was perfect!The staff were very friendly, quick to bring out your sushi order, and the food was great!The food was amazing, the sweet tea was amazing, and the staff were also awesome!After Food, Drinks and Tip, $60 and some change!Come stop by and see for yourself!

Food was good going down. Not so good coming back up.... Went here 2 weeks ago with my friends, all 3 of us ended up getting food poisoning 48hrs after eating here. The place isn't bad but clearly they need to do better. It's also annoying how they try to get you to leave so quickly after you stop ordering food. They won't actually ask you to leave but they come back numerous time and say "anything else for you? No. Okay you can check out upfront" I get they want room for other people coming in to eat but it's a sit down restaurant and I paid to eat here. I think I can sit for a second and talk with friends.
