Fresh Prints Pet Lodge & Day Resort

I brought my one year old shih tzu mix Milo to Fresh Prints a week ago when I was in Jacksonville visiting a friend. The reviews were really good and the girl I spoke to the night before to reserve his spot was so helpful. The owner was amazing and sent a video of Milo playing with other puppies a couple hours after I dropped him off. When I went to pay the owner was there and checked me out and only had nice things to say about my dog which is always a plus! The location was great and you could tell the workers really cared about the dogs that were there for the day. There was a cleanliness to the place that I appreciated. Every bit of the experience was a good one and I would recommend this place to anyone who cares about their dog and wants them to be able to play out some of that energy!

After our first grooming visit, we were very pleased with Pam and Fresh Prints.They were clean, friendly and obviously love animals. Our skittish pup was very comfortable with Pam when we came to pick up.Appt time and pick up were quick and well handled. We could tell it was a good place as so many people were dropping off their pets.Price was reasonable especially considering how nice and good the experience. We will definitely be back.

The owner's a real pet lover and gentle with the pet owner also. I was afraid to board my trouble maker dog but now she looks forward to social time. They worked with me on lengthy vacations; offer many services and seem to be growing and improving. I would definitely recommend this family business.

We've taken our dog Caesar to Fresh Prints twice now, and each time has been wonderful. Steve responds almost immediately via email to any questions, which was definitely comforting for us since it was one of the first times boarding our dog. All the staff we have encountered have been extremely pleasant, and remember us as if we've been regulars for months. We were even greeted upon picking up our pup by someone asking "You looking for Caesar?!" It shows they all genuinely care for the animals. The first night we dropped him off, Caesar scratched his foot up a little on accident while playing, and Steve notified us immediately, even though it was after business hours. They helped patch him up and everything. I've seen horror stories about pets being picked up after days of boarding and weren't notified of anything wrong until they were paying, so I can't explain how appreciative we are of Fresh Prints staff's attentiveness and care! Thanks to all the staff for treating our fur baby like their own!!!
